The friendlieness of the staff, the location, the service.

Difficult to say, as dislike here is not thge proper word. The menu list in the restaurant could include a greater variety.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, great food for dinner, perfect location in the heart of the Old town and right off the main road, free parking. Great value for money - a large room enough for the family of 3 or 3 people.

No view from the room but fine for one night as you basically only sleep in the room

A minor point; we wanted to use buses for excursions to other places but the staff did not know anything about this.

Very good. Just the room was without view (at all) but for the rest everything was perfect. Very good food. Nice people. Not difficult to find.

The room was on the courtyard. Somber. For one night it was ok but no more.

The location was really great in proximity to the old town making it easy to walk to most attractions and the old town itself.

There was traffic noise. The hotel had a funky smell about it, including the rooms. Although the hotel advertises all spaces in the hotel as non- smoking, the staff smoked in the dining room and on the terrace just adjacent to the hotel entry which made it smell smokey inside the hotel. Our first room smelled strongly of smoke and the staff was helpful to find us another room.

Посрещането и обслужването беше на отлично ниво. Персонала беше много любезен, учтив и услужлив. Атмосферата на хотела беше приветлива и предразполагаща кам почивка,в повечето моменти почти семейна.Чистотата и хигиенната подражка на хотела и стаите бяха на високо европейско ниво.Удобното разположение на хотела в полите на Старият град Пловдив, красивата архитектура на сградата те карат да почувстваш духа града. Бих отседнала в хотел Севън Хилс отново при следващото си посещение в града.

La posizione, l'ottima colazione

Ci hanno dato una camera al quarto piano sottotetto dove la temperatura ha cominciato a diventare potabile dopo ore. Purtroppo in quel momento alla reception nessuno parlava inglese. Il bagno era imparticabile dopo la prima doccia. Siamo andati via il giorno dopo

Het terras en het uiterlijk van het gebouw..

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel was heel verschillend. Zeer onvriendelijke en niet flexibele ontvangst en nachtdienst zeer vriendelijk. Foto's op website komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Airco op de kamer voldeed totaal niet, kamer temperatuur was 31 graden! Wij adviseren iedereen ten sterkste de kamer vooraf te controleren.

Great location at the foot of Nebet Tepe. Close to central square and many other sites.

Service was variable. In some cases very helpful and accommodating in other cases not very helpful. Breakfast is barely adequate.

Great location in Plovdiv, next to the old town. Spacious room with airco.

Атмосферата на хотела е специална, интересен е, като не е прекалено голям, така че имаш чувството, че си у дома си.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the beginning of the old town so very good for visiting all parts of the old town. A car park is provided beside the hotel and access to the airport road is very easy. The hotel was spotless in every way and the room was large with very adequate air conditioning. The breakfast was of the buffet style and was of a high standard by Bulgarian standards and served in a very nice dining area.The toaster was a household one and slow and not really adequate for a hotel. When we arrived back to the hotel late at night the staff went out of the way to see that we were served with a drink and to make us comfortable. Most of the staff spoke good english. I recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again

We arrived lateish and wanted to see the old town before dark. The staff were not one bit enthusiastic in giving directions nor did they seem to know where their own hotel was located as they incorrectly marked it on the map. The morning staff were far more helpful and gave very precise details of how to get to the airport

The old town is close by. The hotel has a nice terrace

The staff were friendly, but their English wasn't so good. The breakfast was disappointing.

The location in the old city of Plovdiv was pleasant and an easy walk to the main sites.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast was terrible. The room was serviced infrequently. The final quibble over the minibar bill was the last straw.

Die Lage ist ideal, um die wunderschöne Alstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Great location, easy to find by car, private parking lot right beside the hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff, nice restaurant terrace, good breaktfast!
