Pulizia, posizione Il personale non parla nessuna lingua straniera, solo bulgaro. Poco disponibili a preparare la colazione in orari diversi dai loro prefissati.

Хотелът се намира на 5 мин. от централния площад. Персоналът е много мил и отзивчив и направиха всичко възможно да се чувстваме максимално комфортно. Даже предварително ни приготвяха закуската във вид на сандвичи,защото сутрин излизахме ранно. Хотелът не разполага с градина, което е важно ако сте с малки деца, но пък е толкова близо до централния площад и детските площадки, че това не пречи. На някой може да не му хареса, че закуската е от по-късно, но ако пътувате ранно могат предварително да Ви направят суха храна.
