Приятно, чисто и спокойно - отлично място за релакс, почивка след каране на ски. Много чист и поддържан басейн със сауна. Loukas Solo traveler PATRAS, Greece August 16, 2012	ηταν η πρωτη φορά που είχα μια τόσο δυσάρεστη διαμονή.το ξενοδοχείο δεν λειτουργούσε και δεν με ειχαν ειδοποιησει προκειμενου να αλλάξωαν και αναφέρουν οτι όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν air-condition, ειναι ψέμα.κατα την διάρκεια παραμονης μου ήμουν ο μοναδικός πελάτης σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο,με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο.ημουν υποχρεωμένος να μαζεύω τα νερά απο το μπάνιο βάζοντας χρησιμοποιημενες πετσέτες που μου έδινε ο φύλακας του ξενοδοχείου.ευτυχώς που ο φύλακας ήταν ευγενής και μου έφτιαξε τρείς φορές καφέ απο τον δικό του.η απόσταση είναι περίπου 2450 m απο το κέντρο του μπόρεβτς,που σημαίνει οτι χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο προκειμένου να πάς να φας ή να ποιείς κάτι.αν και δεν ξέρω πως είναι η κατάσταση τον χειμώνα,δεν το προτείνω σιγουρα κατα την διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού!!! It was the first time I had such an unpleasant accommodation. Even if the hotel was not working ,there had not been a notification to inform me to change. Although described on that all rooms have air-condition, is a lie. During my stay I was the only customer in the whole hotel, so there is no cleanliness in the room and in the common places. I was supposed to collect the water from the bathroom putting towels used to give me the guardian of hotel. I was lucky that the guard was kind and made my coffee three times from his own. The distance is from the center of Borovets is 2450m, meaning you need a car to go to eat or drink something in the center of the place. I cannot imagine how will be situation during the winter, but strongly I don’t recommend during the Summer!!!! Did you find this review helpful?	3.8
Anonymous Solo traveler Greece January 8, 2013	1.Η Διάθεση του προσωπικού να προσφέρει. 2.Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. 1.Μακριά από το κέντρο του Borovets-2KM-πλήρωσα έξτρα τράνσφερ γ'αυτό,γιατί έπρεπε να πηγαίνω Πρωί & βράδυ εκεί. 2.Η τηλεόραση ήταν προβληματική,δεν άνοιγε όποτε θες εσύ ,αλλά αντιθετα μερικές φορές άνοιγε μόνη της τη νύχτα!!!(το είπα & μου είπαν ότι φταίει το καλώδιο). 3.Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό(λίγα πράγματα,όχι χυμούς),δεν είχε πολλά τραπέζια & σκεύη. Anonymous Group of friends Bulgaria July 31, 2012	хотелът е нов, разположен на тихо място. обзавеждането е много добро, чисто ново, стаите са хубави, персоналът е любезен, обслужването е отлично. кухненския бокс е напълно обзаведен и има възможност за приготвяне на храна на място. условията за почивка на тихо място, далеч от шумни алеи и пътища, сред гората са невероятни. препоръчвам този хотел като много добро място за почивка само с нощувка, без ангажименти с пакетни цени.
