Location is absolutely superb. Staff was very friendly.

Very old rooms. If you want a refurbished room (only slightly newer decor) add 30%. Even with refurbished rooms, the place is in decay; broken and rusty shower, noisy a\c-heat unit. Much better hotels for the same price very close by.

I did like the classic comfort and care of the hotel staff; did like the comfy bed and the silence at night, although in the middle of the central piazza; did like the well heated room and the good breakfast.

Located in the very center of Ruse. The hotel exterior, reception area, restaurant and inside garden are fine. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was simply the worst we ever saw - the furnishing probably early 70ies hospital style, except for the beds - these must have been even older. We hardly dared using the bathroom. We probably should have complained but were too tired to carry our bags along the long floors once again.

Very dirty rooms. Extremely dated hotel, felt more like youth hostel than a 3 star hotel. Breakfast poor. Would not recommend to anyone, wanted to leave as soon as we arrived.

Just a standard hotel really - nothing to dislike but nothing spectacular.

Frühstücksbuffet etwas"derangiert"

יחס הצוות . השתדלות. מיקום- בכיכר המרכזית של העיר סמוך לפארק ירוק. בקשר לשלה 5 ,מבקש לציין כי מטרת הנסיעה מקורה בכך שאשתי ילידת העיר רוסה, אך כאשר עלתה ארצה עם הוריה היתה בגיל שנתיים,תמיד שמעה סיפורים מהוריה ע"ה,לכן רצתה מאוד להגיע למקום וזה ריגש אותה מאוד. בשל ריחוקה מעיר הבירה, אין טיסות ישירות אליה ואף לא פנים ארציות . לעבור כ-320 ק"מ בכבישים רעועים זה לא קל. העיר יפה ושוכנת לחוף נהר הדנובה. אך לדאבוני הגדה שלצד הנהר בלתי מפותחת וזנוחה.היתושים אכלו אותנו. הזדמן לנו לבקר בערים אחרות שלחוף הדנובה, אך אין מה להשוות לדוגמא העיר רגנסבורג-גרמניה. למעוניינים להגיע לרוסה, מולץ לטוס לבוקרסט ומשם לרוסה 65 ק"מ בלבד. עלויות המחיה היומית ברוסה ובכל בולגריה זולים מאוד,כולל מוניות ואוכל, ביחס למדינות אירופאיות אחרות. העם עצמו הוא נעים מאוד, סבלני ומעניק יחס חם לפונים אליו, בפרט הצעירים, רובם דוברי אנגלית ואלה שאינם דוברי אנגלית משתדלים ככל יכולתם. זאת דעתי על בולגריה מבחינת העם.

המלון עצמו ממוקם אומנם במקום טוב ונגיש, הצוות טוב אך האיבזור בחדרי הרחצה מיושן ומשופשף, קיים אמבט ספא,אך משופשף ,עמוק לא קל להיכנס או לצאת ממנו ואין ידיות אחיזה וסכנת החלקה. ארוחת הבוקר היא אינה מזנון פתוח, אלא לפי תפריט שנקבע מראש, לא משהו מיוחד אך אפשר לחיות עם זה. נראה שהשלטונות בבולגריה בכלל, לא נותנים את דעתם למערכת הכבישים, רעועים ומעייפים, דומים לכבישים אצלו משנות ה-50-60 .

The hotel is a bit run down, but still very good.

старо, амортизирано, неудобно легло, скъсани пешкири, примитивна баня, неработещ телевизор от 70-те години, няма паркинг, ресторантът неизползваем поради липса на персонал.

Personal amabil, camera curata, mic dejun satisfacator, pret mic. Perfect pt ceea ce am cautat: un punct de repaus, pe parcursul unei calatorii mai lungi cu masina. Comparativ, am dormit cu alta ocazia in Giurgiu, in conditii similare la pret cu 70% mai mare.

Desigur nu e un hotel de lux, dimpotriva, este o cladire veche, dar daca nu ai asteptari prea mari, asta nu te va deranja. O problema: parcarea e foarte mica si nu poti parca in fata hotelului, doar undeva lateral, datorita unei zone pietonale.

Amplasarea excelenta,camerele foarte spatioase si de o curatenie impecabila.

Un hotel frumos,cu personal amabil,fiind o placere sa te cazezi in el.

De locatie van het hotel vlakbij het Stadtheater waar een wereldamateurfilmfestival plaatsvond (maar dat is persoonlijk).

De lift is erg klein. Een rolstoel past er nauwelijks in. De lift stopt vaak niet op gelijke hoogte als de vloer. Soms wel 10cm verschil. Lastig voor rolstoelers en bagage. Lift is soms defect. Gehandicapten kunnen dan niet naar beneden. (overigens werden consumpties gratis op de kamer bezorgd). De airco in de suite was onvoldoende om de slaapkamer voldoende te koelen. (Wij troffen overigens een wel erg hete periode met een temepratuur van 43 graden.)

Хотелът няма собствен паркинг.

Хотелът не е реновиран. Видимо старо обзавеждане. Баните са почистени, но не ремонтирани. Кърпи и чершафи чисти, но видимо стари. Липсва сешоар в банята.
