The rooms are immaculate and very pleasant. There are great views of the Black Sea and my room had a lovely terrace with a great view of the Black Sea. The Sea Garden begins right at the end of the hotel and it is a very pleasant walk into the city either by the seaside or through the Sea Garden. The value for the dollar is extremely high.

The staff is not always manning the reception area and there is no direct line to reception through the room phones so it can be difficult to contact them when you need them. The flat-screen TV's are low quaity Sangs and the image is sometimes blurry with the added negative effect of colour washout. The minibars are not stocked during the off-season.

The hotel is great. It's located in the park, just above the bEach. The room was big and looked pretty, their yard is a great place to drink a lemonade and the food was really fancy and cheap. The staff was very friendly also and the room got claned even if you only left it in the afternoon. We really liked the hotel and are already recommending it to everyone we know.

They did not have a hairdryer available for rent.

Hotel room was clean. Housekeeping services was so sistematic and everyday. Air Condition is working excellent.

Hotel staff was uninformed about policy of hotel. I wanted to pay the bill with Euro but they don't accept it. I wanted to send some mail to my friend in Bulgaria, I needed courier to pick it up but hotel staff didn't help me about this. In the room we had less pieces towels. Hotel's bar always was full, they have to give priority of reservation first of hotel's clients.

Great hotel, great location and service! A very picturesque place!

If you pay the hotel price was set higher than stated in your reservation! The increase in cost was justified by the difference in the rate of the euro currency impurity! Nowhere on the site that was not written. The hotel manager refused to meet and explain the situation!

You couldn't get a better location - right in the sea garden in this complexe that keeps you from every wanting to leave. Beautiful gazebos to relax in, tasty dinning upstairs, comfortable rooms. The night time person at reception was nice (a man) Gorgeous large balcony with a door that actually closed from the outside (didn't have to lock from the outside to keep it closed) -- If you've visted Bulgaria, you'll see this is not a common occurance. We are a young couple so loud music doesn't bother us. They pump the music allllll night long (even 4 am) if you have young kids or you are a light sleeper - this is not the place for you. We are "slightly" more adventurous and didn't mind (didn't hear it actually). Also there was a random Wednesday night firework display at about midnight. Not sure why but it was nice.

Wi-Fi didn't work in our room - it's a new hotel so half of it is still under construction. The "bar" part of the resto/club didn't have english menus...but made it adventurous for ordering! The day time reception person (a woman) was a bit snobby.

The location is superb! Just next to the sea, a nice park and a good restaurant serving good food and friendly personnel. Our room had a separate entrance right from the patio, that is especially nice for a family with kids. Our 1-year-old could entartain herself outside while we were getting ready in the room. Rooms are spacious enough for this price category. The park nearby has lots of entertainment for kids - a zoo, a planitarium, kid's playgrounds are within walking distance from the hotel.

Our room lacked light as the window is small enough, and lighting could be organized better, especially in the bathroom. There is no hairdryer as well.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Gesicherter Parkplatz kostenlos vorhanden.

Стаите са шумоизолирани добре. Персоналът беше приятен.

Бях в края на март и климатикът не можа да стопли стаята, студено беше. Бойлерът не беше включен предварително, но дори и след като загря нямаше достатъчно топла вода. Тоалетната течеше... Също няма сешоар.

Отель дастаточно новый, номера небольшие но комфортные, с хорошей мебелью. Плюс номеров это выход на большую красивую террасу. Впереди терасы ухоженная лужайка, вид на море. К пляжу нужно спускатья по лестнице. Вокруг множество кафе и ресторанчиков. Как на берегу моря так и в парке. Поэтому отсутствие завтрака в отеле даже плюс, так как сам выбираешь где тебе позавтракать.

Не смотря на много плюсов есть минусы. Интернет в отеле не работал.И за 3 дня его никто не собирался чинить. Но самое ужасное это то, что рядом располагается открытая дискотека и после 22.00 полное ощущение, что ты спишь посреди этого действа. Во время дискотеки молодежь скачет по Вашей террасе. Музыка гремит так, что находясь на небольшом расстоянии друг от друга в номере, приходиться повышать голос. Считаю не порядочным со стороны менеджеров отеля не указывать данное обстоятельство в описании своего отеля.

Все в этом отеле отлично для кратковременного пребывания, если говорить о номере 1-на комната на троих. у нас так и было запланировано. он небольшой, но все есть. просто превосходно, что он находится на территории парка, где можно гулять и совершать пробежки, наслаждаясь воздухом парка и видом на море. чтобы попасть на море - нужно просто спуститься по ступенькам. центр города в 10 минутах ходьбы по парку. для более длительного пребывания нужно выбирать номер побольше

в душевой несколько папахивало канализацией и кажется мои подруги заметили насекомых..

Прекрасное сочетание цены и качества. На обратном пути остановимся здесь непременно

Trivelig og hyggelig - rent og fin beliggenhet

Местоположението е добро. Хотелът е по-комфортен от останалите три и четири звездни хотели, в които съм отсядала във Варна (може би защото е сравнително нов), а цената е повече от прилична. Препоръчвам.

Добра визия и комфорт.

Обслужващия персонал(рецепция) е под всякаква критика!!! Паркинга към хотела,който в петък и събота се запълва от клиенти на заведението и всъщност за гостите на хотела липсват места за паркиране!

Die Nähe zum Meer und zu dem vorzüglichen Restaurant.

Ich habe statt der bei booking.com angegebenen 175 Euro 490 l für mein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung bezahlen müssen. Auf Grund von Sprachschwierigkeiten konnte ich das nicht klären. Außerdem hat mir nicht gefallen, dass kein Fenster im Zimmer war.

L'hotel se trouve loin du centre ville, et le restaurant de l'hotel ne propose pas de menu en langue étrangère (y compris en anglais)

Personnel peu réactif et niveau d'anglais médiocre

Veraltete zum Teil defekte Einrichtung. Matratzen kaputt und stark durch gelegen, Federn gebrochen. Heraus hängende Steckdose mit freiliegenden Elektrokabeln. Sehr unsaubere verschimmelte Dusche. Sehr schlecht zu regulierende Klimaanlage. Zu guter letzt wurde uns trotz Vorlage des Ausdrucks unserer Reservierung nicht die vereinbarten Summe berechnet, sondern 25% mehr abverlangt. Diese absteige ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen und ich warne jeden davor dort zu buchen.

К сожалению проживание в этом отеле не удалось, так как когда мы приехали нам сначала сказали что нужно подождать до двух часов, потому что номер еще не готов. Подходите после двух сказали нам. Так мы и сделали, пошли погулять и подошли примерно к трем часам. Однако мы были ошарашены. Нам сказали что номера нет. Девушка на ресепшене сказала что произошла ошибка и наш номер отдали другим. Она нам предложила другой вариант, но это был полный ужас. Номер в маленьком доме через дорогу. И без кровати для ребенка. А мы то бронировали люкс. Ничего другого нам не предложили и никак не захотели компенсировать их ошибку. Поэтому оценка отеля крайне отрицательная, хотя мы там и не проживали. Я часто пользуюсь вашим сайтов, но такое случилось первый раз.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, mit schönem Garten und in guter Lage zum Strand.

Die Zimmer, welche wir erhalten haben entsprachen überhaupt nicht dem übrigen Erscheinungsbild des Hotels. Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch, war sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber. Die Zimmer befanden sich in einem Nebenhaus ohne Aussicht und ohne direkten Zugang zu den übrigen Hoteleinrichtungen. Die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem, was wir dann vorgefunden haben! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben das Hotel gewechselt.
