Very nice and cozy. Very clean and personnel very kind and helpful. Private parking available.Near to commercial zone.

Hard to find -- a lot of one way streets.

Location

This hotels decor and furnishings always puts it in a star rating above its official one. Location is minutes from pedestrian area and theatre etc.

Smell of stale tobacco in room. There is an ashtray on the balcony (fair enough) but I think people smoke standing in the balcony door, especially in the winter. there should be warning signs in the room to say smoking is an offense and, when, when using the balcony, the door should be kept shut. The smell we had for the 1st 24 hours could put people off ever returning, loss of business for hotel which they really do not want so signs are in their interest.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Stara Zagora and meeting friends. The location was excellent for the town centre and accessing the train and bus stations. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

The room was indeed lovely. It's more a 3 star hotel than a 2 star and it is a good value for money. It's easy to access, 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Not much to do there, but the hotel will always remind us of Stara Zagora.

We had a choice of three breakfast plans, not that great but it works.

Everything is excellent, especially at the price we paid. Good breakfast, private parking and perfect service - an ideal choice for a stay.

Extremly clean hotel room.Bedings are 5 star confort. 2 minits to centrum and 5 minits to trein stetion by foot. Meny restuarets and caffes close by. Frendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to anyone

No internet acsses to the room( poor wi-fi ). Brekfest is limited and not satisfied.

Stara Zagora it's not a nice city to visit. We were in transit and instead of the good location of the hotel, we cannot find nothing worth seeing.

Cheapest, very simple, very clean, very orderly. conveniently placed. friendly and helpful staff and quiet position, conveniently opposite good restaurant and central. But insufficiently advertised

Le luxe de cet hôtel est bien supérieur à son nombre d'étoiles et au prix pratiqué.

Le restaurant faisant partie du groupe est situé à env.100 M de l'hôtel sur le même trottoir. Le personnel du resto est lent et pas souriant. J'ai commandé un plat qui était très bon mais pas assez copieux. En sortant je suis allé mangé un fruit et une glace pour compléter. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel: il y a 3 formules. Il faut savoir que la boisson proposée en dehors du thé et du café est un soda, si vous voulez un jus de fruit il faudra payer un supplément... J'ai trouvé cette condition mesquine.

The staff was friendly, and spoke English; the room was spotless and comfortable; the bathroom & shower also spotless, with plenty of hot water. A great experience altogether.

They have plenty of TV channels, but no international news channels (such as BBC or CNN). These exist in Stara Zagora, and it would be a bit PLUS if the hotel added these channels to their TV cable.
