The Pool area was ok, location is just a few minutes from restaurants and the beach

Terrible - The photos do not represent this basic accommodation at all, in fact the ones displayed are for the Pacific 2 apartments which is a much higher class resort. The bedding was stained. Although the picture for the studios show a bed in them there isn't one just a sofa bed. There was a kettle but no cups. There was only one knife, fork and spoon to share between two people. There was a frying pan but no spatula. The manager does not speak English or mans the front desk. The room was so grotty and horrible that by the time it came to go to bed we couldn't bare it and drove home, luckily we had that option. I would highly recommend that Booking.com remove this hotel from their listings as this is not what we would expect from a hotel that they supply holidays to.

Did like the apartment, very spacious and neat.

We couldnt use the pool as the pool water green and very filthy, discusting. Were looking forward to use the pool. The hotel manager did not speak very good english and was not very friendly, we had a problem entering the hotel, seem to buzz forever before someone came down to open the doors for us even though we booked, we had no hot water in our shower and was offered to use another rooms shower which means we had to walk with our shower stuff every time to another room. Toilet seat were broken and knob off shower door, a bit of housekeeping is required I think.

It'a a silence place, with a good location. Five min walking till the beach.

Our room was on 6-th floor but lift was going only on 5-th floor. Balcony was only 40cm wide, so it was not possible to sit there on chairs. Hotel offers also breakfast but in restaurant situated close to pacific II what was 300m from our pacific III hotel. Staff was not on reception most time. When we were leaving we wait one hour on reception but no staff was comming, so we left keys on desk.

You can reach the centre by foot (in approx 15 min) or by bus (in 5 min). It’s modern and has a good price/quality ratio. It has plenty of supermarkets nearby.

My overall impression is a poor one: - Cleaning – was a mess. During our 5 days’ staying, they only cleaned once our apartment. You have to ask the staff for clean towels and even for toilet paper!!! Uncomfortable bed and pillows with sheets that don't fit the mattress!!!! - Furniture – basic and very cheap. The internet pictures are not reflecting the reality at all!!! Some of the furniture was already broken. No LCD in the bedroom. - Staff – even though the receptionist was friendly, she couldn’t rise to the level of our expectations. Also, you could not find her at the reception desk all the time. So if you missed her, you wouldn’t be able to check in. - Wireless – no rooms’ connectivity, only in the main lobby which was small with only one couch and one table - Swimming pool – small and the sun chairs didn’t have any cushions In the end, I would not recommend this accommodation for your holiday!

If you walk to beach with a child it will take 15 minutes. Quite a modern building and good price.

Housekeepers are terrible, they are not speak English, they are not speak Russian :( During 10 days we didnt have normal cleaning of our room, you always have to ask them to clean, and when they come - its just brushing and use mop for few minutes. And always forgot to put garbage bag to skip :(((( don't expect good cleaning in your rooms. Swimming pool also no body clean during ten days, as result a lot of sand on bottom :( On reception it very difficult to find some one, you will need to call them by mobile((( Bed linen not change at all, actually they offer to change once, but when it come it was more dirty then our offer 6 days use :(( Good luck

When we arrived to the hotel and get into the room on the 6th floor( we have booked a 2bedroom appartment 135m2 suppose to be as was written in discription on booking.com) It was nothing like. The elevator is only up to the 5th floor, then you have to use the stairs and carry your heavy suitcases. The apartments were at least 60m2 with one air-conditioner only in the sitting room. In the bedrooms were so hot, that we hardly slept at nights. There were no any balconies at all, just a little place for drying the towels. No dinning table, as it was on the picture.

We don't like that the building hadn't comercila spot lite and we can't finded in the night but maybe is tun off because was at the bigining seson.We recive a studio at the last floor and the balcony hadn't any plastic chairs and table. The location was new aranged, the room is nice but ther's missing some basic things like reading lights at the bed hat and bedsides,large plates,knife cutting, and other kitchen equipment, we can't charge any electronicaly things...The swimming pool was not clean...

Apartamentul are o suprafata generoasa,cu o zona de relaxare,de luat masa ,chicineta este bine dotata cu frigider,aragaz,hota,fierbator,vesela ,tacamuri chiar si lumanari parfumate.Ambele dormitoare au terase si la sufragerie sunt pe doua laturi balcoane.

Internetul nu este disponibil in apartament.

Pokoje były zgodne z opisem. Meble nie poniszczone, ściany czyste. Aneks kuchenny, łóżko, łazienka były na odpowiednim poziomie I fajnie się mieszkało.

Sprzątaczki nie sprzątają zbyt dokładnie I co drugi dzień. Bardzo trudno odszukać lokalizacje. Brak osoby na recepcji 99/100% czasu. Basen był nie dostępny przez całe 2 tygodnie pobytu - inne ośrodki już udostępniały dla gości swoje baseny.

грязь в номере, в туалете воняет, номер не убирают(мах за 7 дней пребывания, один раз застелили постель!!!) до ближайшего нормально ресторана мин 20-30!!!

Vi var der ude for sæsonen, så der var langt til restauranter og indkøbsfaciliteter.

W Pacific 3 podobało mi się w zasadzie wszystko a przede wszystkim: cena, Czysty apartament, codzienne sprzątanie o rozsądnej godzinie, cisza I spokój, tani transfer z lotniska I na lotnisko w Bourgas (4 razy taniej niż taxi), spokojna okolica (położenie hotelu), fajny basen, blisko restauracja lub sklepy jeśli ktoś woli gotować. W recepcji można dogadać się po Polsku! Czego chcieć więcej? Jak dla mnie rewelacja na 100% pojadę tam za rok.

Absolutnie nie polecamy nikomu tego tak zw. "Hotelu" Podróżowaliśmy z trójka dzieci, otrzymaliśmy pokój na ostatnim piętrze - winda tam nie dojeżdżała, więc z walizkami I wózkami musieliśmy drałować po schodach. Ręczników nie mogliśmy się doprosić przez kilka dni, Wszechobecny brud, w windzie, na korytarzach, pokojach Wszystko byle jakie I tandetne o sprzątanie w pokoju trzeba prosić 5 razy I raz na tydzień "posprzątają" . Obsługa- nigdy nikogo nie można zastać na recepcji, poza tym obsługa niegrzeczna, I oburzona każdą naszą prośbą - jakbyśmy im krzywdę robili :) . Na plażę trzeba maszerować 15 minut przez centrum miasta. Internet bezprzewodowy tylko przy recepcji !!! pomyłka nie hotel !!! syf ! nie chcesz tracić czasu , pieniędzy I nerwów : nie jedź tam .

очень хорошее местоположение. ездили двумя семьями с грудными детьми и 3-4 года. шум-гам рядом, но ничего не слышно у нас. до пляжа-10 минут. рядом большой супермаркет золла, все в нем есть. рядом был детский центр, где можно было оставить детей на какое- то количество часов: держит его русская девушка, отлично с нашими сорванцами посидели.

скажу так: старались напряжных моментов не замечать. с уборкой действительно были какие-то сложности. но мы решили это по-своему: купили метелку и сами подметали и пол мыли)))

вместо кровати сломанный короткий диван( менее 170 см) с одними простынями, на вопрос заменить номер или диван - остался без внимания, просьба добавить постельное белье и одеяла - ответили:лето и не положено
