The staff is really, really kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tha spa center is cosy. The Italian food in the restaurant is worth a try.

Bathroom was not clean at all, hair everywhere!

Rooms are large enough, well equiped, modern and new. The hotel itself is really nice. We were treated a sprite/mint drink upon arrival at the reception, which was friendly.

Breakfast was really bad, sausage was surely not baked the same day, eggs were warmed up and probably cooked the day before. So dont take the breakfast option, I would suggest. Very loud and annoying music in the restaurant/breakfast area. Hotel situated right next to a large karting complex so you in the evening you hear the noise from it. Location is a bit far away from the city center so you either need a car or a taxi to get there.

Great staff, very helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. The neighbourhood had many interesting shops, a bakery, grocery store, restaurants and mall within walking distance.

Very friendly staff. Some of the best staff we have ever had at any Hotel. Always ready to assist in any requests. Breakfast(s) were pretty good ... nice variety. Coffee not always the greatest though.

That the dinning room (for dinner/lunches) not ready. Park Hotel Plovdiv quite far (at least walking) from Main Street and Old Towne. As the dinning room not ready.....you had to go out to find places to eat. Also, the Go-Carts were sometimes noisey. Suppose to shut down between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. - but that not always the case. This wasn't the Hotel's fault....but because the Hotel is situated right by the Go-Carts, it could be an issue.

The Staff were excellent; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most had very good language skills. The building was very nicely decorated, well made, and in good repair. The continental breakfast service was sufficient for my needs. The enviromental awareness and energy efficient features were inspiring (motion detector lights in most hallways with CF bulbs, room key activation of lights so that when you left power went off to the room (but not the A/C, which was a good thing.) I wanted an itemized bill for what I was charged but couldn't get one. ( very busy at check-out with many teams leaving.)

Most of the concerns I have with the hotel are relatively insignificant. The Wi-Fi service did not extend up to our room but an ethernet connection cable was supplied so we could plug into the Internet from our room. Unfortunately our tablet did not have that capability. The Bulgarian shower experience is different to the Canadian one; there is no shower curtain and a drain in the floor so you get water everywhere, make sure you move the toilet paper and the towels before you start! They seem to be a bit stingy in the Toilet Paper department but there are small stores that supply it everywhere. Maybe supply paper towel or a squeege or Sham-Wow rag for drying off the toilet etc. after a shower. The Hotel is still being added to, new patio awning and tables were added while we were there and the basement Spa was being completed. Location was initially a concern but taxis are ridiculously inexpensive. The most I paid was $3.00 to go 4-5 km and it's worth it just for the thrilling ride.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and helpful. They were fairly proficient in English, which was important to us. The hotel is clean and fairly new.

no restaurant on premises and location too far from Town Center (as in not walking distance, needed a taxi every day) beds were adequate but a bit hard and sloped down, also zero blankets, no facial tissues (kleenex), barely any toilet paper (ran out every day, for two people, who were gone all day every day), and not enough towels restaurants (except one McDonalds and a couple of tiny local cafes) and shopping are not near, need a taxi or some transportation to get to them

Large room and bathroom which was very clean. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Great value for the money we paid. Would most definitely stay at the Park Hotel again. 9/10

Go cart race track across the road, which has races until midnight. It did not affect us too much but would affect light sleepers or families with children, on that side of the hotel. Breakfast needs a little bit of work, not great.

Bu otelde sanki her şey yerli yerinde. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok kibar ve yardımsever. Otel çok temiz ve odaları geniş, kullanışlı. Birinci sınıf bir otel ve parasını her kuruşuna kadar hakediyor. Plovdiv'e gitsem yine bu otelde kalırdım..

şEhir merkezine 2 km ama o da sorun değil, taksi 2.49 leva tutuyor.. Bir kahve parası bile değil..

Не отива на този хотел да слагат тоалетна хартия от 10 ст. А пък да оставят ползвана- хептен. Ако харесвате говорещи кашкавали, сирена и нещо като соев салам, то това е Вашата закуска. Все пак ще препоръчам хотела, но си носете тоалетна хартия и проспете закуската ! -)

πολύ φτωχό πρωινό. δυστυχώς η εικόνα και η ποικιλία του πρωινού δεν αξίζει στο κατά τα άλλα αξιόλογο ξενοδοχείο. επίσης καποιες παροχές (πχ. σπά κ.λ.π) είναι σε διαδικασία βελτίωσης οπότε τις όποιες ατέλειες σ'αυτό τον τομέα δεν τις εκλαμβάνω αρνητικά και κατανοώ την προσπάθεια που γίνεται και είναι θέμα χρόνου. επιμένω όμως στην κακή εντύπωση που μου άφησε το πρωινό. χαλάει την συνολικά καλή εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου

Отношението на персонала, чистотата, локацията и обзавеждането.

Бих препоръчала за стаите тип "спалня"- малко по-големи завивки, в нашия случай завивката беше за един човек. Закуската също не ми хареса, прекалено оскъдна и еднообразна. Но като изключим тези малки минуси, всичко останало беше на ниво.

Beim Check-in erhält man einen kostenlosen Willkommenscocktail! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen sehr gut Englisch, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer entsprach genau den gezeigten Bildern und hatten einen schönen Balkon.

Leider hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes der Spabereich wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen, schade! Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich eine große Kartbahn-Anlage, die uns aber nicht weiter störte. Der Weg bis ins Stadtzentrum dauert ca. 15-20 min.

Molto bello per la sua categoria, nuovissimo.

Avevamo una prenotazione per due stanze matrimoniali executive che dovevano essere più di 40 mq invece credo che ci siano state assegnate due standard, perchè molto più piccole, però, trattandosi di una sola notte ed essendo la stanza ugualmente confortevole, non abbiamo contestato. Colazione molto scarsa.

Everything was excellent except breakfast

The first day that I wake up with my wife we went for breakfast and it was awfull!!! We are the only guests in the hotel!!! And one girl said only have a shit and I will bring you breakfast!!!!just 2 dishes and not so many things!!! The watermelon was awfull!!!! The next days was better the things!!! The girls in reception was great I really admired them with my wife :)
