Perfecta ubicación, al principio de la calle peatonal más importante de Plodvid y a diez minutos del casco antiguo. Fácil de localizar al acceder por coche a la ciudad. Habitación amplia y agradable. Personal del hotel muy correcto y colaborador. Todo bien. Relación calidad precio excelente. Todo estuvo bien, sin ningún problema. |

Su ubicacion colindante con la parte vieja de la ciudad Desayuno algo justo para un cuatro estrellas con escasez de fruta fresca y habitacion necesitada de mantenimiento (pintura,....). |

Having stayed in several hotels in Bulgaria we found the breakfast to be one of the best, not to UK standards, but at least it was hot. Ideally situated for shopping and a night out on the town. Easy to find with excellent parking which was included in the price. Some of staff (not all) were not very welcoming, the porter stood and watched as we struggled up steps with two heavy suitcases only to offer his services once inside with only a lift trip to overcome, naturally we declined his offer. The casino staff make you feel as if you are on trial they we so unwelcoming and miserable. |

The Trimontium is a beautiful facility in a great location. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the reception, to the food, to the facilities, to the penthouse bar with a panoramic view - great all around. |

Beautifull building at a prime location, easy to find by car. The airconditioning system is either not sufficient enough or was broken down. The temperature in our room could not get under 28°C... The Hotel has a large outdoor swimmingpool but make sure you check at the time of booking wether it's available because at the time of our stay it was not in service. |

Very good location. Nice hotel with a lot of facilities.Good breakfast.Nice casino. There was no water in the outdoor swimming pool. Shower was not working so I had to take the bath which was fine, only is something that should be checked regularly. |

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte sich auch auf Englisch verständigen. Betten sind bequem, Frühstücksangebot ist ordentlich. Durch die Lage des Hotels an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße kann man nachts das Fenster nicht offen lassen. |

L'immeuble est très classe et imposant. Le personnel était très accueillant, serviable et attentionné. Les bell boys toujours prêts à aider, les chambres confortables et propres, le restaurant spacieux et le petit déjeuner très complet et excellent. Les services de pressing et nettoyage à sec excellents et très rapides. C'est un détail, mais le cornet de douche était un peu vétuste car couvert de calcaire, ce qui dirigeait les jets d'eau un peu dans tous les sens. Le rideau de douche était légèrement pas assez large, ce qui inondait un peu la salle de bains. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait temporairement pas (probablement les filtres devaient être remplacés). Sinon, rien à redire. |

Άνετα δωμάτια,αλλαγή σεντονιών καθημερινά,καλό πρωινό,ευγενικό προσωπικό,πραγματικά στο κέντρο της πόλης και ελεγχόμενο parking με λιγότερο από 2 ευρώ το 24ωρο!!! Το μόνο ίσως που έχει ως "πρόβλημα" είναι τα πολύ μικρά και στενά μπάνια που έχει. |

Posizione centrale, ideale per visitare il centro storico e la via dello shopping, colazione eccezionale, servizio e personale impeccabile. Consigliato. Hotel molto grande e affascinante per il suo stile, ma per quanto riguarda gli interni và rinnovato, allo stato attuale corrisponde a un tre stelle. |
