"Value for the money" meaning I discovered too late that through the booking.com service I was paying almost double what was being charged by the hotel via their own site. A situation this service has yet to respond to. Aside from minimal accommodations for twice the price ... |

The location is OK and very close to the city center (5 min walk). Hotel just been renovated which is quite nice! Hotel too far away of the beach! Breakfast very poor but that is quite normal in Bulgaria. Staff not friendly at all but again that is common in Bulgaria. |

The hotel is a good business hotel, well located near the railway station, and with free private parking, but it suffers from a very badly maintained street. Hotel facilities are excellent. |

Polite staff, clean room, sentral possisoned hotel and quiet. If you like a good breakfast with a warm egg and juice instead of lemonade and some choices of cold cuts to have on an open sandwich then this is not the hotel for you. |

Confort correct, pas de bruit la chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue. L'emplacement dans un quartier délabré.pour regagner le centre ville le trajet à pied n'est pas très long mais demande de parcourir des rues sombres et peu "sympathiques". |

parking et petit dejeuner arrivé à 13 hres on m' a donné une chambre standard sans balcon alors que j'avais payé une chambre luxe, en outre j'ai payé 60 € alors que le prix de la chambre luxe est de 5O € environ, pourquoi ? |
