Fabulous,
Score from 131 reviews
“ I enjoyed our staying at the hotel because the staff is friendly and english speaking, the room was clean, spacious and quite. The hotel is located in a small and quite road. Nearby you can find an interesting area with bars, shops, and reastaurant popular to the young. The city center is roughly 10 min walking. Car parking is free and it's on the street outside the hotel. If you need it the receptionist will reserve one. Definitely recommended. ”

very friendly and helpful staff; smooth and fast wireless internet connection; good location (walking distance to town centre) not easy to find for taxi drivers; breakfast table not fully ready on time (e.g. bread came 15 minutes later)

Very close to city attractions for visiting. We were for a concert here and was also at about 10 minutes walk from the stadium. Quiet area. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The room is equipped with all kind of stuff you may need, including here the slippers, which many hotels don’t have. :) With the parking they are very helpful, but it is a small, crowded, private parking. However, it is very important that exists. :) When we arrived they gave us the key and when we entered the room, it was not ready, but they fixed this very fast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Wifi worked in rooms but was slow at times. Cable also in room for internet. Nice restaurant at end of street and left - Anbaka on sign. Nice bar left out of hotel, left at street and left at next street and back in a courtyard - Halbite. Breakfast was limited. Eggs, sausage, bacon in chaffing dish but were barely warm and at times cold. Bread was always dried out. always a sweet and fruit. Lunch meat and cheese, yogurt.

The rooms are a good size, the wiFi is free and easily accessible most of the time, the beds are king size at least if not bigger. Staff were mostly helpful and friendly and happy to assist us with any requests we had. The description said this was a new hotel, that is definitely not true! The carpet in our room was heavily marked where things had been spilt. The bed covers were worn and even had small holes along the fold markers as if moths had nibbled at them. The breakfast was a complete joke, we arrived a good half hr before the end of breakfast to stewed coffee, no tea, what was left of the hot food which wasn't much was hardly warm, the other cold meats, fruit and bread all looked unappetizing and wasn't worth bothering with. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful apart from one night receptionist who looked a little dazed when we arrived at the hotel at 11pm as if we had caught her having a nap!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect. The single room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short business trip. The air conditioning system of the nearby house was extremely loud.

The hotel is located very centrally, close to the main streets but at the same time in a quiet sidestreet. Our room for three people was quite spacious, with enough space for three adults and their luggage. The breakfast is okay unless you are really fussy about it. The girls at the reception were welcoming and ready to help. We will use this hotel again (in fact, as soon as in November when we will need a nice room for three again).

Staff ath the hotel is extremely kind and friendly and they definitely go the extra mile to imrpove your stay. The location is great for exploring Sofia, very close to Vitosha Street and all the administrative buildings and museums. There is small garden where you can take your breakfast, always a plus in the summer months. Rooms were somewhat basic but pleasant and very clean.

The staff was very friendly, we were welcomed with open arms. They speak English very well, and were available 24 on 24. Very good restaurant. Very close to the town centre (5 min walk from Boulevard Vitosja). If we go back to Sofia, we certainly stay here again...

We liked the space of the room (very comfortable for 3 persons), the variety of freebies we were provided with, the closeness to the center (within walking distance to the main sites and shopping streets). The hydro-massage was not working in the shower. The breakfast could have had a bigger variety of items.

Very welcoming hotel with excellent staff, who speak good English. Hotel bar and menu were cheap, similar to much of Sofia. Reason breakfast for price, well positioned for nightlife and daytime tourist sites. Taxis are cheap at 0.7 Lev (30p) per km and they display the ongoing fare on a meter. Beer is between £1-£1.50 a pint and 3-course meal typically costs less than £10. There are numerous beer gardens (in summer) throughout the city, bars are open to around midnight after which the clubs open. If visiting the mountain, check that the gondola (cable car) and/or chair-lift are working (via the hotel) before catching a taxi to the station - the opening times are at the best random!! There is a late night bar and very cheap restaurant on the end of the road to the left as you leave the hotel. Nothing
