Lovely! Location, rooms, staff, meal, price - just perfect:-) Animation team is a bit annoying and not professional. Too noisy - not all guests are interested in their entertainment. Recommendation: to better organize animation activities so others are not disturbed.

Hotel right on the beach. Good swimming pool for kid.The food is OK.Curteous an ready to help personnel. Good animation team. Very good ratio price/quality. I think I would return. Small parking lot.

Spent 13 nights at the Hotel Dobrotitsa during the chess tournament. My son, the chess player, was residing in another hotel. I was therefore alone for the duration of the holiday. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask of them. I requested and was granted a room in the quiet part of the hotel and spent 13 nights blissfully in total peace and quietness. I particularly liked the layout of the dinning area, which was tiered, (seating areas on different levels including outdoor area) rather than one big open plan area that you find in other hotels. A clothes horse was available on the balcony for drying some of my smaller items. This was very useful. An iron was available, free of charge, at reception. All in all I could not have wanted for anything better from a hotel and I have stayed in some of the most famous hotels in the world, including the Wardorf Astoria (New York), Table Top (Capetown), none of which come close. No complaints whatsoever as all my querys /needs were met instantaneously. I would return there again at the drop of a hat!

Food was very good. Red and white wine at guests discretion. The hotel is right on the beach. Personnel speaks fairly English. Between breakfast, launch and dinner you can serve some beverages like refreshing drinks (beer, pepsi, 7-up, cappuccino, coffee, etc) or even pancakes and ice-cream. At the launch or dinner they have a grill where a cook makes steaks (fish, pig, chicken). As I said, food was very good. Also drinks was excellent. If you have kids, they have an animation team that keeps children occupied with funny games. You also can try pool, billiard, ping-pong, darts. Another important thing that should be considered is that you have air conditioner, safe in the room and refrigerator with some drinks inside. (I didn't touch those drinks because I didn't saw any price list and to avoid any surprises...) But you can use the refrigerator to have some beers and refreshing drinks inside. The refrigerator works when you are in the room. When you're gone, you took the door card so it stops the electricity in the room. What I didn't liked it that you don't have hair dryer in the bathroom. I mean you have safe in the room, refrigerator and air conditioner and no hair dryer? They charge me with 2 LEV per day to rent me 1 hair dryer. But I don't consider a big loss. I can live with it. Rooms are smaller than 4 stars hotel. But who come to the stay in the room?

The location is excellent, the food likewise, the staff is kind and amiable, the rooms have sea view. The standard double rooms have an extra bed. The rooms are a bit small, the shower is directly on the floor. The lower rooms, although they are on the sea side, only have view to a concrete hill, they are lower than ground level

Personal excelent, disponibil si indatoritor, curatenie exemplara. Un mare plus este echipa de animatori, atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulti. Aer conditionat in camera, totul perfect functional. Plaja este la 2 minute de hotel, nisipul foarte curat dar sezlongurilor le lipsesc acele saltelute pe care daca le vrei le poti inchiria cu 3 leva/zi. Prosoapele hotelului nu se pot scoate din camera asa ca este de preferat sa iti iei de acasa unul pentru plaja. Parcarea hotelului exista dar in varf de sezon ma indoiesc ca se pot gasi locuri libere.

Pozitia hotelului este excelenta, foarte aproape de plaja. Mancarea a fost satisfacatoare (poate nu atat de diversificata pe cat ne-am fi dorit-o), curatenia in camere este exemplara, animation team este nemaipomenita. Vom reveni la acest hotel cu mare placere. Ne-am fi dorit foarte tare ca hotelul sa ofere internet wireless gratuit, pentru noi ar fi un mare plus si va determina intr-o mare masura alegerea acestui hotel pentru un viitor sejur.

Locatie excelenta, mancare buna desi destul de slab la deserturi, plaja si marea foarte bune in zona hotelului. Ne-am intors sanatosi desi am gustat din aproape toate felurile de mancare. Recomand hotelul persoanelor mai putin pretentioase. Raport bun calitate/pret. Camerele sunt destul de micute, curatenia se face dar fara atentie la detalii in zonele publice. Nu se acorda prea multa atentie normelor de igiena la restaurant. Farfuriile si tacamurile trebuie alese cu grija pentru a fi cat de cat curate.

Am stat 6 zile la acest hotel / Dobrotitsa , am stat si acum 4 ani , motiv pentru care am revenit anul acesta deoarece am fost foarte multumita . Cel mai mult mi-a placut atitudinea personalului , care aveau un zambet profesional ce-i drept , dar aveau , nimeni nu se purta de parca iti faceau o favoare , noi eram intr-adevar oaspeti , iar ei se purtau ca atare . Despre locatie , excelent , camera ok, la masa doar cei care cautau nod in papura , puteau spune ca nu e buna mancarea , gaseai in permanenta ceva de unde puteai alege.

Amplasare foarte buna fata de plaja si centrul statiunii. Mancare buna, diversificata si suficienta. Personalul a fost ok. Per ansamblu, un hotel recomandat familiilor cu copii. Apa un pic prea rece in piscina. Aerul conditionat nu a functionat in camera, dar a fost folosit pe modul ventilatie.

amplasarea fata de plaja gratarul foarte mic,mancarea nu foarte variata, sezlongurile aflate langa apa erau 'rezervate' cu prosoape de seara,ocupantii lor veneau la plaja pe la 10 :).prezentarea camerei la hotel dobrotitsa sa facut de o maniera sa incurce clienti.era de ajuns oferta de camera dubla iar clientii puteau rezerva aceasta camera in functie de componenta familiei(pentru copil mai mic de 12 ani,pentru copil mai mare de 12 ani si pentru al 3 lea adult in camera).asadar consider oferta la care am aplicat ca si mincinoasa......

Personalul hotelului foarte serviabil (vorbeau marea majoritate romaneste), amplasarea hotelului, piscina, animatorii, mancarea. Din partea hotelului nu am nimic de obiectat insa m-a deranjat foarte tare comportamentul la masa a unor conationali romani ! Daca ne manifestam asa ne facem tara de ras. Mai precis imbulzeala la gratar si la pregatirea altor preparate, 1 persoana (roman de-al nostru) lua odata cate 20 de portii in conditiile in care la coada asteptau 10 persoane. Lispa de respect !

Ne-am simtit foarte bine la acest hotel. Mancarea si amplasarea hotelului foarte bune. Curatenia in camera se facea zilnic, inclusiv schimbarea prosoapelor. Personalul foarte amabil si cooperant la solicitarile facute. Sunt si minusuri ca altfel nu se poate, dar pot fi trecute usor cu vederea.

Hotelul este excelent amplasat (chiar langa plaja), camerele au toate vedere la mare, piscina este curata, iar echipa de animatie prezenta pe timpul sederii mele acolo a fost formidabila. Atitudinea doamnelor de la receptie, a barmanilor nu a fost chiar ceea ce asteptam - poate pentru ca era sfarsit de vara si erau obositi

Jó a hotel elhelyezése, közel a parthoz , jó ételeket készitettek, tiszta a hotel medencéje szoval nekem tetszett. Máskor is a booking ot válsztom. A bárnál kicsi pohárba szolgálják ki a sört sürün kel kérni.
