The indoor swimming pool is great. I also liked the breakfast, all-you-can-eat style. The price was very low. The room furniture is very old and dark color, the light is very poor. |

The location was perfect only five minutes from beautifull beach.resort was very quiet at time of visit.The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms need modernisation as they are basic but value for money |

Nothing ! No ac, cockroaches in room, maid did not clean two days out of five Customer servce was nil . do not touch with a bargepole ! Dirty, no customer service stay well away from this hotel |

It was really extremely cheap! It's quite old. It room hasn't been renovated, just the bathroom was renovated, but the rest of the furniture was since it has been built. The breakfast was not very rich but was ok. |

Breakfast (good food, good service) and the bed from my room (best sleep I've ever had in a hotel so far). No air conditioning in the room, sometimes smelly bathroom sewerage. |

The hotel overall was ok, especially the breakfast was gorgeous. The only one think that I didn't like was the fact that on the bathroom the pipes and the appliances were old. |

Alla utrymmen förutom rummet kändes ganska lyxigt. Frukosten var mycket bra. Nära till pubar, restauranger och en mindre gågata med mindre butiker som sålde kläder. Rummet var ok storleksmässigt och hade minibar, hårtork mm. Det var framför allt mycket prisvärt. Skicket på rummet får väl anses ganska haltaskigt. Hyfsat rent men lampor som inte fungerade. Sladdar och rör till AC som var tejpade utanpå osv. Några av receptionisterna kändes lite halvsura när man bad om hjälp med något. |

Mi-a placut amplasare hotelului in centrul statiunii, aproape de plaja. Piscina acoperita era cu apa incalzita. E cel mai inalt hotel din Albena (17 etaje). Sunt mai multe ascensoare si chiar functioneaza, deci nu stai mult sa vina liftul la palier. Trebuie urgent schimbat mobilierul camerelor care dateaza de prin anii 60-70 si se afla intr-o stare groaznica de uzura. Faianta si gresia din baie trebuie schimbata, la fel si obiectele sanitare. Sa renunte la tema verde din camere macar. Pe receptie, lifturi, hol.... Poate ramane si asa, insa camerele fiind mici... Verde inchis le micsoreaza si mai mult. |

Pretul excelent, Piscina incalzita pentru copii, Piscina acoperita, micul dejun, E voie cu animale de companie (contra cost) Hotelul nu a mai fost renovat de mult... Internetul WiFi nu este gratuit si merge extrem de prost si de incet. |

Nu mi-a placut nimic la acest hotel. In baie miroase ca la un WC public. Are nevoie de o renovare completa, poate ca a fost candva un hotel de 3 stele, insa in conditiile de acum s-ar clasa cu greu la un hotel de 2 stele. |

Camera a fost relativ curata, cu personalul nu am interactionat prea mult dar a fost ok. Micul dejun - bufet suedez a fost excelent, mancarea buna si variata. Am avut aer conditionat in camera iar tv-ul avea si 2 programe romanesti: realitatea si antena2. Una peste alta a meritat sa mergem acolo mai ales ca am prins o oferta de pret excelenta. Hotelul este clasat la 4 stele dar mai e de finisat la el. Mobila e veche si "reconditionata". |
