Dobrudja Hotel  

The hotel has a wonderful panorama cafe and restaurant in the 17th floor, as well an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. In the case of rainy weather there is also a spa centre. My room was a flashback to the 80thies, but I liked it, because it reminded me of my childhood. The breakfast and the dinner were perfect, though the tables could be cleaner.

It was the most horrible hotel I've ever been at. Totally nightmare. Mold and bugs in the bathroom, damaged furniture, no aircondition, carpet like somebody peed on, throw up and I dont wanna know what else.....and it wasnt just our room but the whole hotel! We slept in our car and ran away next day....

The price of the room is one of the best you can find in Albena. The view from the 15 floor is excelent. The childrens indoor swimming pool is great especialy in bad wheather.

The reception staff was very distrustfull - I had to pay the room (the entire stay) before they allowed me to take my luggage to the room. Though I had no problem to pay 1/4 the price of the room so they allow my dog in the hotel, they refuzed to give me my passports until I paid (had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby because the receptionis was not allowed to receive my paiment by credit card). The furniture of the hotel is very old - needs refurbishment. Quality of the included breakfast very low.

The hotel is poorly maintained and quite old. The staff is rude and totally indifferent to the needs of clients. Our room had no air conditioning while outside temperature were quite high. In fact, we were so disappointed that we cut our holiday short and moved on.

Almost everything - the location ,right in the heart of Albena, breakfast - various dishes to choose from , very nice restaurant indoor and outdoor swimming pool - a big plus, during the day we stayed around 3hours panoramic view - at 15th floor could see the seaside and even balcik I guess

The hotel doesnt accept any type of payment except leva cash which is big minus for such a hotel the hotel staff had some problems when doing the check-out and calculating the final amount for an apartment besides this ,we were asked to change some money because they didnt accept money that looked a little bit coloured than the rest - a matter that made us lose about 30min plus at check-out

old furniture not working properly airconditioning broken sink not working plugs (needed to unplug the fridge/tv in order to charge phone) lack of batteries in the remote controller indiference of staff to all problems limited choice in breakfast noise in the hotel (dogs barking continously)

The Hotel is big and there are enough places where you can rest, many sofas. The Breakfast was good.

The furniture in our room was old. But for this chеаp price for night it is ok.

Was very cold, we had A.c, but wasn`t working.A Very old furniture, green and peeled.The pool was too full of chlorine.

Отличный, бюджетный отель . Завтраки обильные. Номера обычные.Прекрасный пляж при отеле. В холодую погоду, ходили в закрытый бассейн с теплой минеральной водой.

τα δωμάτια είναι πάρα πολύ παλιά μη ανακαινισμένα εδώ και είκοσι χρόνια.

Le déjeuner et le diner sont très copieux... Avec beaucoup de choix. Le prix de l'hotel chambre + déjeuner et diner est très compétitif. La vue de l'hotel sur la mer noire... Attention demander une chambre avec balcon car les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. La situation géographique de l'hotel au coeur d'albena est très sympathique, à 300 m de la plage et proche des petites boutiques.

Les chambres sont trés vétustes, elles manquent de travaux. Les meubles ont vieilli voir très abimés... La salle de bain est sommaire. La propreté est minime. La reception de l'hotel peu amicale 1h15 pour avoir la clé de sa chambre... A part une personne de la reception qui a relevé mon niveau d'appréciation.
