The staff was there and reasonably helpfull Very basic rooms,most of them with no aircondition,old and poor furniture,bathroom with insects.NO Value for the money spent. |

The hotel is at the level of comfort from 1970s - no renovations, it is really top secret how this hotel has 4 stars and from which place are the photos in the web-site. The rooms that are in the hotel have nothing to do with the pictures in booking.com. It is a big fraud. Finally we moved in another hotel - Dobrotitza where the conditions correspond to the price and it was really comfortable. |

Breakfast was really good generally the hotel is hardly a 2 star hotel. The room is has very old furniture, the bathroom is ugly. |

I paid 4 stars and the rooms have 2 stars, I paid 76 eur/night in one room no a/c and another family paid 40 eur/night with a/C. |

This should NOT be rated 4-stars, not by any normal standards. It needs an urgent and complete renovation. The elevators, doors, pottery, furniture, carpets and curtains look like 20 years old and need to be changed. Quick. It's a pity because the actual building has great potential. |

La piscina sa fie mai multa lejeritate. De exemplu nu am avut voie sa sarim chiar daca semnele ne indicau contrarul. Fiind tineri, eu si colegii mei, asta gasim distractiv la piscina. Dar supraveghetorul ne-a interzis asta, devenind piscina un loc foarte plictisitor |

wie angegeben die Freundlichkeit der Hotelangestellten Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon sehr abgenutzt und scheint aus den Anfängen des Hotels zu stammen. WC Spülung lief ununterbrochen. Keine Aircondition, so,da den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf's Fenster geschienen hat, sich das Zimmer sehr aufheizt und man sofort nach dem Duschen wieder geschwizt hat. |
