Personell is very friendly. Nice and convenient location. Good breakfast.

Since I booked this Guesthouse I was waiting for it and I wasn't disappointed. Charming and amazing. It feels at home rather than a hotel accommodation. Breakfast was the best I ate.

Nic, the owner, is a great host! He made sure that we were comfortable. The location is excellent -- right in the heart of old Gabrovo, and a short drive from many local attractions. The room was simple, VERY clean, and modern. Great Bulgarian hospitality!

Everything is very nice and very cozy. The hotel is an old building with an age of over 250 years. The building was entirely renovated, respecting the completely the old architecture (an amazing and unusual roof made of large stone tiles). The owner is very, very kind and can help you with a lot of things. If you're in Gabrovo this the place to stay.

It is a great place, run professionally and warmly. Very comfortable, done with attention to detail plus great coffee, great breakfast.

Very kind staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Close to the city centre. Near to the hotel has a few pizza and traditional restaurants. We are absolutely satisfied from our stay in Guesthouse Koliovata kashta. I am sure that we will visit again. We recommended this hotel if you want to visit Gabrovo. The hotel is new, nice country style, location is very central. The room is big, faces a quiet street.

Ac blows onto a bed. It was very cold in our room (no heating in the room). There are no lamps above beds. There is not pleasant smelt in bathroom. There is nobody at the reception most of the time. There was no warm food for breakfast. The owners of the hotel called us for they did not know when we were to arrive.

A wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back.

The location is very central, yet hidden away from the main street, quiet and picturesque - in other words, perfect. The room we stayed in was finished up to a very high standard. It was beautifully furnished with unique (yes, I asked about it) customised beds, etc. The interior is stylish and has its own character - a nice blend of modern simplicity, minimalism and functionality, with a traditional Bulgarian twist to it. The breakfast was massive quantities of home-made extremely tasty traditional Bulgarian dishes. The best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, despite the fact that there isn't much choice. We loved everything! Now the best part: the owner. He was incredibly friendly and helpful on multiple occasions. He went out of his way to accommodate and help us several times. For example, I forgot a bag full of shopping in the dining area; it was sent to me by courier within 10mins after I phoned to ask about it. An awesome guy! All in all, very highly recommended!

There wasn't anything not to like.

Travelled across Europe on a road trip and this hotel was the best overall we stayed at. The owner is a great host and made all the difference. Thoroughly recommended and can't wait to go back there.

Wifi werkte enkel in bar of op de gang, niet op de kamer

Geweldige ontvangst en service. We waren te voet tot bij het geusthouse gelopen en eigenaar liep mee terug om onze auto te zoeken. Het hele verblijf bleef hij super gedienstig. Samen met zijn lieve moeder zorgt hij voor een heerlijk ontbijt in het gezellige binnentuintje! Een echte aanrader en ook super mooi en goed restaurant naast de deur in gelijkaardig oud pand.

Прекрасный персонал - доброжелательность и искреннее желание помочь в решении любых проблем, очень хорошие продуманные номера для своей ценовой категории, прекрасное расположение отеля в историческом центре города. У меня остались только самые положительные впечатления от проживания в этом гостевом доме (останавливался 2 раза и планирую останавливаться только там при посещении Габрово)
