-the reservation was correctly followed, the hotel is very close to the beach and to the center of Albena, it was not crowded, it was quite inside, furniture is relatively new, staff was very kind, the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant The breakfast: Coffee was a disaster, food was predominantly "ready to eat" or "microwaved" type of food, which is not typical for Bulgaria. And cleanliness of the room. |

Cleanliness of the room. Lack of AC n the room & breakfast may only be served in another hotel, also w/o AC which was necessary when outside was over 35 Celsius degree. |

Close to the seashore. Very clean. The prices did not match the booking (although they were close). The staff was totally unaware of anything. They didn't know the prices (we've been given at least 5 different numbers), let alone exchange rates. The hotel does not accept credit cards of any kind, even though they do have marks stating that! I was amazed that the fridge was at extra cost! |

Nära till stranden och till centrum. Frukosten var helt ok, fanns mycket att välja på. Personalen var tillmötesgående. Bra madrasser i sängarna. Dålig städning, man var tvungen att säga till extra om att få toapapper påfyllt. Toaletten fungerade inte första dagen, blev lagad kl 22 på kvällen. Om man är känslig för rätt så hög musik som spelas utanför fönstret fram till kl 24, ska man undvika det här hotellet. |

Für Albena relativ günstiger Preis Keine mündl. oder schriftl. Informationen beim Eingangsschranken zum Hotelkomplex Albena oder anderswo zur Hotellage bzw. (schwierigen) Autozufahrt erhältlich. Dann sehr wenige und verstellte Parkplätze beim Hotel. Rezeption wollte Rechnung nochmals von Kreditkarte abbuchen - akzeptierte/hatte erst (auf mein Drängen?) vor Abreise die Info, dass diese bereits (vor 1 Woche) abgebucht worden wa |

Die Lage. Es ist im Zentrum von Albena. Das Bad var in sehr schlechten Zustand, das Zimmer war nicht rennoviert, es gab kein Kühlschrank. |
