Great appartment, beautifully decorated. Therefore different from the average offers at Sunny Beach. Location at the southern end of town. Especially the appartments at the duneside have a relaxed atmosphere. Staff extremely helpfull and prepared to give service.

In zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dall'inizio della zona con ristoranti/negozi/locali. A 50 metri dalla spiaggia, nessun problema a portare ospiti. Al momento della prenotazione era specificato ''Internet wireless disponibile in tutta la struttura gratuitamente'', anche se così non è. Solo nella hall è possibile utilizzare internet gratuitamente, in camera questo servizio è a pagamento. L'acqua calda è fornita tramite scaldabagno il che risulta un grandissimo problema se 3 persone devono fare la doccia. Le inservienti svegliano I clienti ogni mattina per la pulizia delle camere, anche se gli stessi desiderano dormire più a lungo e non è nemmeno possibile indicare che non la si desidera sulla porta. Molti elementi del personale alla reception parlano inglese a fatica o non lo parlano del tutto costringendo I clienti stranieri ad esprimersi a gesti. La tv riceve un numero limitato di canali.

Wij hebben enkel kunnen genieten van overnachting,verder geen faciliteiten te genieten in hotel Burgas, er was zelfs geen water in het aangeboden zwembad ( volgens advertentie ) wat voor ons een grote domper op onze zonvakantie betekende daar wij niet specifiek strandmensen zijn, het strand is ook betalend. Het hotelpersoneel deed hier totaal onverschillig over. Het hotel komt niet zijn aangeboden faciliteiten na.

Desi am stat la acest hotel din 2009 de cate 2 3 ori pe vara ,de cand s-a deschis pana anul acesta era administrat de alta firma .Acum este administrata de sd Management (o agentie) care nu stiu de capul lor. Pacut este amplasamentul , fara zgomotul de noapte , f aproape de plaja. Cand ne-am cazat nu era boilerul incalzit ( ne-au facut prosti ca nu stim sa pornim boilerul). Desi am platit cu cardul nu au putut sa-mi de factura fiscala pe notiv ca nu au facturierul la receptie ci la sediul firmei. Din data de 31.08 pana azi nu am primit factura pe e- mail cum au promis. Desi este specificat inclusiv cu poze , piscina de la Burgas este inpracticabila, arata sinistru ca dupa bombardament. Nu am stiu nimic de asta la plecare. Mancarea foarte slaba. Ne-am intors cu herpes si dureri stomacale. Desi pe rezervare scrie :" parcarea este posibila langa hotel si nu este necesara rezervare" surpriza este 8 EUR/Zi adica 15 leva.In anii trecuti nu se platea desi alta posibilitate nu ai decat f departe. Au dat-o cotita cum ca crie asa pe booking dar nu e asa. Oricum, dupa scandalul de rigoare mi-au spus " nu vrem sa ne certam duminica asa ca facem un compromis" Daca era luni poate nu-l faceau.Femeile de servici vin zilnic dar la ore total inoportune 14.30-15.00 cand omul mai si doarme. Ba mai mult cand revenim in camera usa era descuiata uitata de cameriste.Oare a fost razbunare? Pacat de loc organizarea si administrarea lasa mult de dorit. Ce a fost si ce a ajuns.

Peisajul, camera, foarte aproape de plaja, curatenie, liniste Personalul hotelului nu stie decat rusa, nu exista parcare publica asa cum este specificat pe site ( asa - zisa parcare a hotelului este contra cost )

Közel van a tengerpart, naponta takarították az apartmant. Túl közel van a szemben levő szálloda, belátni az erkélyre a másik szállodából. Nagyon zajosak a szemben levő légkondicionálók.

“The apartment was clean, spacious and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The staff was great, available 24/7, they speak English and helped us with everything we asked. The cleaning ladies came each morning. We did not use the pool as we were close enough to the beach (5 minute walk). We had a parking spot in the private area with 24/7 surveillance. The hotel is located in a quiet area, therefore I would recommend it for families and friends that want a quiet vacation. Still, there is a 15 minute walk to the crowded center where you can find amusement parks, clubs and a lot of good restaurants.
