Dune Residence Aparthotel

Location was great, right near beach, the apartment was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool was also good, but we all preferred to swim in the sea. As for the all inclusive, there was a large variety of deserts. It is a great location especially for family with little children as a lot of animation was going on.

The food was pretty repetitive, not very tasty. Also around the pool there weren't many deckchairs and you had to wake up very early to find one. However, the biggest let down is the staff and the bartenders from the pool bar. They are absolutely awful, not a single smile, very grumpy and they seemed to always asked themselves "what, on earth are we doing there, why us? ". It even happened that the bartender rolled his eyes with total disrespect. Twice ! That's too bad for a resort that wants to be a four star hotel. The rudeness of the staff would make me avoid this hotel, in the future.

Attention!!!!! The hotel isn't on the beach!! They have not restaurant, using by the restaurant of another hotel what has only 3 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment has new furniture and is characterized by good design, the all inclusive regime was excellent (tasty and various food and beverages), the hotel is located in a quiet part of Sunny Beach.

The animation show at the pool (except the programs having as theme traditional dances), the reduce number of the deckchairs at the pool in comparison with the number of the tourists (the pool is serving both Dune Hotel and Burgas Hotel tourists) also the restaurant is serving both Dune Hotel and Burgas Hotel tourists (if you are a group exceeding 4 persons is a bit difficult to find a table for all), very small and crowded parking place.

How the all inclusive facilities catered well for all age groups. Really good pool facilities and entertainment.

The bar/lounge staff were very rude when serving and gave the impression they were not interested in being there!

The dune residence has no facilities and you need to go to the Burgas hotel which is overcrowded (restaurant, swimming pool).It impossible to find a table for 7 in the restaurant and a seat in the swimming pool.Food is very poor.

da,daca se poate sa fie schimbate prosoapele din camere macar o data la 3 zilei ar apa din piscina sa fie apa de mare.

pozitia fata de plaja, curatenia spatiilor, functionalitatea apartamentului, vederea la mare, mesele foarte diversificate si bogate, piscina curata si incapatoare, locurile de joaca pentru copii, amenajarile exterioare, preocuparea animatorilor

cunoasterea limbii engleze de catre tot personalul, bun simt si amabilitate din partea barmanilor (poate nu sunt constienti de faptul ca primesc salariu datorita clientilor), amplasarea unor cuiere in baie si in camere, dotarea balcoanelor cu suport pentru uscat rufe

Hotelul este excelent avand in vedere calitatea- pret camere sunt spatioase zona hotelului este linistita, mancarea nu a fost precum ma asteptam adica hotelul este excelent de 4stele si mancarea cam de 3 stele. In rest a fost OK

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή γιατί ενώ βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα και μέσα στο θέρετρο Sunny Beach είναι μακριά από το πολύβουο κέντρο. Τα δωμάτια του 5ου ορόφου έχουν καταπληκτική θέα.Το all inclusive πακέτο είναι πολύ καλό σε σχέση με την τιμή του.

Μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα και την αλλαγή των σεντονιών-πετσετών που πρέπει να είναι καθημερινή. Βελτίωση και στο σύστημα με τις ξαπλώστρες και τις ομπρέλες στη πισίνα καθότι κάποιοι τις δεσμεύουν από νωρίς το ξημέρωμα με τις πετσέτες τους και δεν βρίσκεις ούτε μία διαθέσιμη στις 9 η ώρα το πρωί και μέχρι το σούρουπο.
