Room names in hotel are different than in booking make sure you get what you are expecting!!!

Well located boutique style hotel, with private parking and a very nice private beach. The restaurant was also of good standard. If you find one, pay the extra for a sea-view room.

The bad parts were not that significant compared to the good one.

Great location and room design- very cool and clean. The customer service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Having a private beach in this resort is key and this hotel has one.

Well-designed and calm place. Private beach (which is quite convenient due to crowds around). Very nice cook at the hotel restaurant. During weekdays (I was there mid-July) few guests, beach almost empty.

Be ready that beach towels do not arrive from cleaning till 10 am. While you are having your breakfast (if you are not a very early bird, say, around 8-30 am) the staff start washing floors and windows around you as well as cleaning the swimming pool.

This is simply an amazing hotel in an incredible location - I would imagine the very best in Sunny Beach! Breakfast very nice and fantastic private beach and lovely pool area. Beautiful beach at the front, bustling shops, bars restaurants at rear (or vice versa!). Free Parking and Wi-fi. We also got a great rate on a late check out til 8pm which was wonderful. Cocktails also good - Can't wait to come back.Superstylish, ultra cool and right on the beach - this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever visited!

If I had to complain I would say bar one waitress, the receptionist who checked us in,the beach guy and a very friendly guy who met us and helped us with parking and our bags, the staff were cool to the point of appearing hostile! Perhaps just a cultural thing but as they wafted around in their white linen or black linen super stylish uniforms you did get the idea that they would rather you weren't there! On check out the receptionist seemed very col and immediately ordered a maid up to check that we were not lying about not using the mini bar - which we felt rather heavy handed and rude, then after we had sorted everything out and said how we enjoyed our stay she began to become friendly - so perhaps just the way busines ins handled in this part of the world? However the lack of smiles cannot spoil this fantastic hotel - simply one of the best ever. Ps check your bill also as someone had been putting drinks and laundry on our room account!

Najlepszy hotel w Sunny Beach, jedyny bezpośrednio na plaży. Bardzo estetyczny wystroj srodka I czesci plazowo-barowej. Prywatna chroniona plaza, zadnego tloku. Atmosfera spokoju I spa. Polecam wylacznie pokoje z widokiem na morze - ciszej I ... ten piekny widok :) Best hotel at Sunny Beach, the one and only direcly on the beach. Neat & modern interior & beach bar exterior. Privat guarded beach, no crowds on it. Peace & quiet spa ambiance. Only seaside view rooms recommended - more quite and ... this great view :)

Obsluga na 4 : mili I piekni mlodzi ludzie, ale z duza rezerwa. Monotonne śniadania - codziennie dokladnie to samo. Staff is polite and good looking, but a bit reserved. Monotonous breakfasts - all precisely the same everyday.

Отличный отель. Единственный в своем роде. Находится в самом центре курорта, прямо на берегу моря и располагает собственным пляжем. При этом отель небольшой и очень уютный. Вкусный ресторан. Все чисто и опрятно. Необычная форма одежды у сотрудников отеля. И все это за абсолютно адекватные деньги. (При этом на самом отеле нет никакой вывески - по непроверенным данным его отстроила себе болгарская буржуазия в нарушение существующих норм)

1) Есть SPA-центр, но пользоваться им не рекомендую. Угораздило там подстричься. По возвращении домой пришлось идти к своему парикмахеру, чтобы исправлять ситуацию. 2) Однообразные завтраки. 3) Ни разу за 4 дня не обновили минибар. 4) В номере 216 не мешало бы починить дверной косяк. (Но все перечисленные минусы очень хорошо перевешиваются реальными плюсами.)

This is by far the best hotel I have ever been and I have been in many! I love the location and the service, I would live there if I could.
