Clean, well presented, great location - 5 mins walk from the gondola. Amazing price, staff were friendly and helpful, free wifi - I cannot rate the place enough

Well equipped first apartment. Very helpful staff! Thank you very much for helping us in the snow!

Second apartment was very well equipped and the oven wasn't very clean. Breakfast couldve had a bigger selection but was adequate.

Staff were very friendly and the room was fantastic! Much bigger than expected, more like a whole suite. Kitchen utensils and goods were all present and correct (not that we used them much), Bedroom comfortable with view of the mountains (just watch your head on the beams if you're on the top floor like us!). It was an easy 10min walk from the gondola, perhaps closer and really close to some of the great bars. Free WiFi was also a bonus. Cleaning staff were friendly when we saw them and the staff were really good about letting us use a spare room on our check out day so we could still do a bit of boarding and get changed before our transfer. I would definitely recommend it to friends and I intend to go back! Definitely value for money!!!

We opted for the breakfast but it wasn't fantastic and to be fair we were too busy hitting the slopes. The only reasons I give this 8/10 instead of 10/10 is because it advertised all the rooms as having dvd/cd players and they don'T. One of our neighbors had a dvd player in their room tho. The spa was ok, mainly used the sauna as the Jacuzzi wasn't working the whole time we stayed there (8 days). It was a good place to socialise though. Make sure and ask for clean towels or you'll just be left with the same ones the whole stay.

απαραδεκτη κατασταση στο παρκιν το οποιο ειχε 5 ποντους χιονι και για να βαλεις το αυτοκινητο επρεπε να βαλεις αλυσιδες!!! Αν ειναι δυνατον!!!

Eagle's Nest is an incredible place to stay if you're looking for an apartment and a relaxed winter/summer holiday in Bansko. Unlike so many pretentious and faux establishments in Bansko targetted at the herds of UK tourists, Eagle's Nest stands out by only trying to be itself: local, luxurious, very friendly staff, great facilities, cleanliness and a prime location. Highly recommended and yes, will visit again!

Локацията на хотела е страхотна - за 5 минути ходене пеш се стига до ски пистите. Апартаментите в хотела са много приятни и добре оборудвани.

При пристигане възникнаха организационни проблеми, но персонала на хотела реагира адекватно и проблема беше разрешен за отрицателно време.
