nice location,warm,all equipament you need in all the rooms

all the down room starting with 101.....are cold because they are in the underground

Staff were very friendly and the room was fantastic! Much bigger than expected, more like a whole suite. Kitchen utensils and goods were all present and correct (not that we used them much), Bedroom comfortable with view of the mountains (just watch your head on the beams if you're on the top floor like us!). It was an easy 10min walk from the gondola, perhaps closer and really close to some of the great bars. Free WiFi was also a bonus. Cleaning staff were friendly when we saw them and the staff were really good about letting us use a spare room on our check out day so we could still do a bit of boarding and get changed before our transfer. I would definitely recommend it to friends and I intend to go back! Definitely value for money!!!

We opted for the breakfast but it wasn't fantastic and to be fair we were too busy hitting the slopes. The only reasons I give this 8/10 instead of 10/10 is because it advertised all the rooms as having dvd/cd players and they don'T. One of our neighbors had a dvd player in their room tho. The spa was ok, mainly used the sauna as the Jacuzzi wasn't working the whole time we stayed there (8 days). It was a good place to socialise though. Make sure and ask for clean towels or you'll just be left with the same ones the whole stay.

Clean comfortable and close to the gondola

The apartment was well equipped, it's not too far from the gondola, staff was helpful, the room was cleaned daily. I read review that the apartment was cold it wasn't when we were there.

Taking the breakfast is a mistake. Egg, coffee and most other things were cold. not a good variety. It's better to just make one for your self at the apartment. there is also an issue with the singles. most 2 bedroom apartments designed for couple. It's probably better to contact the hotel in advance and make sure you're getting the right room. Although we asked for 4 single we got 2 single and a double apartment. They did move us eventually, the other apartment was not as nice, not elevator and with a strong smell in the room, we were all men so we didn't care much, but do notice it can happen

Big 2 bedroom apartment with livingroom and kitchen, big bathroom, nice furniture, fully equiped kitchen, well heated and with plenty of natural light. The location of the hotel is close to the gondola lift. The spa center was also good.

Unfortunately we didn't get our room cleaned at all during our stay and we couldn't find a broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean it ourselves... We did get our sheets changed though....

The room was clean and comfortable. A good family room.

I had not a TV program in Romanian language.

μας αρεσε παρα πολυ η ανεση των δωματιων με την οικογενειακη ατμοσφαιρα!τα πολυ καλα αναπαυτικα κρεβατια!η πολυ καλη θερμανση του δωματιου ολο το 24ωρο!η καθαριοτητα!τα μπαλκονια που ειχαν μεγαλες βεραντες προσβασιμες απο ολα τα δωματια!οι ανεσεις μιασς κουζινας για την εξυπηρετηση τψν αναγκων μιας οικογενειας!η ησυχια του ξενοδοχειου!

ενα μειονεκτημα ηταν το μπανιο που δεν ειχε καλη αποροφηση των νερων!επισης η αιθουσα υποδοχης θα επρεπε να ειναι μεγαλυτερο για να μπουρουν να καθονται περισσοτεροι πελατες!ακομα δεν υπηρχε καλη αιθουσα πρωινου με φτωχη ποικιλια πρωινου!τελος δεν γινοταν καθαρισμος απο τα χιονια στο χωρο σταθμευσης αυτοκινητων με αποτελεσμα τα αυτοκινητα να χρειαζονται υποχρεςτικα αλυσιδες στα ελαστικα για να κυκλοφορησουν!

1. iluminarea living-room si a bucatariei (deficitar proiectata si/sau subdimensionata); 2. dormitorul prost incalzit; 3. taxa solicitata pentru ski-zone transfer (era gratis in prezentarea de pe site!); 4. taxa solicitata pentru spa (era gratis in prezentarea de pe site!)

Ωραια και ανετα δωματια, καλες υπηρεσιες σπα (χαμαμ,σαουνα,τζακουζι) μονο με 4 ευρω, αρκετα κοντα στη γονδολα και στο κεντρο (10' περπατημα)

το πιο σημαντικο μειον του ταξιδιου ηταν οτι προσπαθησαν να μας πανε σε αλλο,αδερφο ξενοδοχειο λεγοντας οτι ειναι full και μονο οταν απειλησαμε οτι θα οαμε στην αστυνομια μας εδωσαν το δωματιο μας.το πρωινο ηταν φτωχο και καθαρισμα γινοταν καθε 2 μερες και οχι καθημερινα.

Ήταν κοντά στα lift και κάποιοι από το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικοί...

Η θέρμανση στα δωμάτια ήταν για κλάματα!!!
