Helpful staff, calm , silent room, comfortable bed, bathroom amenities. Wi-Fi internet, cable TV.Well furnished hotel. Good restaurant close to the hotel. Free parking.

Walking distance from the centre; nicely equipped rooms; the shower cabin is great

We had two rooms for the same price and they are quite different in size; one of the rooms (facing the backyard) was much larger and had a balcony (the view was not interesting, but it is nice to have a balcony); there was a slight sink odour in the bathroom, but not really bothersome

Brand new hotel. Great bathroom.

Mattress quality a bit poor.

The hotel is clean, warm and quiet. It was smoke free and guns are not allowed!

Very nice hotel. It is the second time for this year that we stayed at ego, and if we go again to plovdiv we wont search for another hotel.

Great location close to the old town, great value, excellent restaurant and bar opposite, I would recommend this hotel for a city visit to Plovdiv.

Nice big room. Beautiful shower.

The room (studio) was really nice, large and clean. The king size bed was confortable. The bathroom was equipped with a wide shower. Design of the room and the hotel was cute, and there were flaps on the bedroom window. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in front of the hoel was nice to have dinner.

It was clean, quiet and well located. The staff were helpful, spoke good English and the breakfast was better than we have had elsewhere in Bulgaria - lots of choice and quantity. It was pretty good value too. There's a good restaurant/bar just opposite the small road on which stands which is really convenient.

Despite the modernity of the room, the air conditioner was ineffective so we sweltered somewhat in the summer nights.

Nice air con in nice large rooms. Veryt good location for seeing the old town with just being far enough out to be very peaceful at night time, overall good

On the site you could warn people who, like me, were driving that no roads have signs on them and there are many one way roads around your location

γενικά μηνάμε ευχαριστημένοι από της παροχές του ξενοδοχείου. ήταν πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. ευχάριστα μοντέρνα δωμάτια.το βασικότερο είχαμε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ

το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο (τους ζητήσαμε βούτυρο και δεν είχε) ενώ κλείσαμε το ξενοδοχείο μεσώ booking όταν πήγαμε εκεί μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούμε να πάρουμε τα λεφτά από την πιστωτική και τα θέλανε cash τελικά το πρόβλημα λύθηκε και τα πήρανε από την πιστωτική.
