The crew was nice and friendly, besides one lady at the reception named Jenia, who always never had a smile on her face & looked unsatisfied and angry with every question we came to ask. The room didn't have AC power plugs, so we had to disconnect the lamp and charge the mobile phones one at a time, The rooms are quite dark, due to bad lighting. In front of the hotel there was plenty of ice which wasn't treated with salt, causing many people to fall. Watch out!
The hotel is nice. The rooms were pretty big and each room had its balcony. The breakfast was quite lousy, as the variety was small and many times we had to ask the crew to refill the empty bowls. The hotel has a room to keep your ski gear, and also a sauna (wet and dry), gym, and table tennis with additional cost. One of us celebrated his birthday, and the hotel brought a cake to our room without even asking!
