I liked the helpful staff and the location of the hotel.it valued our money 45 euros per night. Just out of the hotel,there was a lot of mud.breakfast was not a four star hotel breakfast |

They were polite and helpful. The apartment was ok for a family of 4. Central heating didn't work. There was no hot water in swimming pool. |

Nice, new and clean apartments. Staff was mostly kind and tried to be helpful, but got sometimes stuck in the Bulgarian way: rather talking away from the problem than trying to fix it. We ordered several apartments in one booking, but got them divided over three floors. There was no babybed at all available (despite the info on booking.com). There are still a lot of building projects going on around the hotel. |

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. |

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Πρέπει να βελτιώσουν λίγο τα αγγλικά τους και να προσέξουν λίγο την εφαρμογή των κανόνων κοινής ησυχίας. |

Η εξυπηρέτηση των υπαλλήλων ηταν άριστη.Η καθαριότητα και η άνεση των δωματίων ειναι πάρα πολύ καλή. Η τιμή του πάρα πολύ καλη. το ξενοδοχείο δεν ειχε καλό πρωινό δεν ειχε καλή θέρμανση.Ίσως επειδή δεν ήταν περίοδος τουρισμού.Οι υπάλληλοι δεν γνώριζαν αγγλικά. |

Бяхме отседнали в студио, което беше изключително удобно с кухненския бокс. Задължително трябва да се оправи пътя до хотела. защото към момента около сто метра се минават през строежи и камънаци. |

Обстановката,обслужването и отношението на персонала. Вътрешният басейн не можеше да се ползва.По обяснението на персонала трябвало технологично време за затопляне на водата,но така и през трите дни водата беше все студена! |

Πολύ καλή τιμή (37 ευρώ one bedroom appartment) To πρωινό δεν είναι καλό. Δεν υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο, ειδικά σε περίπτωση χιονιού. |
