Very small rooms!!!!!

hotel has a strategic location, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.

It's a fun friendly hotel, not really for families, the rooms are kind of small and kitsch, it's good value, everything works and we laughed a lot....have fun!

We felt it was sub-standard for a reputed 3 stars. Chandeliers were missing light bulbs, bare wires hung from ceilings [assume smoke alarm wiring]. Also stairs are pretty steep, so no good for one of my clients who has hip problems. We only booked this hotel as our normal hotel was booked out for the elections.

Location, nice lady in reception, free parking near the hotel

Too many stairs, no lift. Old dirty place with enormous small rooms.

Location - close to the main shopping and restaurant streets and the old town. Air conditioning works. Cheap internet in the lobby (1 lev an hour)

1. Toilet flush not working properly 2. Small TV. 3. Beds not made i.e no covering sheets provided. 4. No stored luggage facilities. 5. No lift facilities which is a hassle for the higher floors.

It was our first time in Plovdiv. Very good location of the hotel, close to the main walking shoping street and to the Old Roman theater.

Only one minus - there is no brakfast in this hotel.

hotel was very near the plovdiv old town. Luckily there was an air-condition in the room.

Breakfast was poor: coffee or tea, juice and a croissant. Also, the bathroom was very small and showering was not comfortable.

Nice renovated room, perfect quality for the money spent. Very close to the city center and major attractions.

Breakfast is only tea/coffee, juice and croissant.

Posizione nel centro cittadino, camera (deluxe) curata nei particolari, presenza di doppi infissi (non vetri doppi, si tratta proprio di due file di finestre) che isolavano acusticamente la stanza, nonostante affacciasse su una via molto trafficata.

Scomodo da raggiungere in automobile: all'angolo tra una via pedonale ed un corso senza possibilità di sosta o fermata, assenza di ascensore, scarsa possibilità di scelta a colazione.
