Location - close to the main shopping and restaurant streets and the old town. Air conditioning works. Cheap internet in the lobby (1 lev an hour) 1. Toilet flush not working properly 2. Small TV. 3. Beds not made i.e no covering sheets provided. 4. No stored luggage facilities. 5. No lift facilities which is a hassle for the higher floors.

It's a fun friendly hotel, not really for families, the rooms are kind of small and kitsch, it's good value, everything works and we laughed a lot....have fun!

The receptionist was very friendly. Nice modern tv and bathroom. Convenient location though noisy because of the main road situation. It wasn't what I expected for the name.

We felt it was sub-standard for a reputed 3 stars. Chandeliers were missing light bulbs, bare wires hung from ceilings [assume smoke alarm wiring]. Also stairs are pretty steep, so no good for one of my clients who has hip problems. We only booked this hotel as our normal hotel was booked out for the elections.

It was our first time in Plovdiv. Very good location of the hotel, close to the main walking shoping street and to the Old Roman theater. Only one minus - there is no brakfast in this hotel.

The staff was great, location was nice. I picked this hotel for three primary reasons: it advertised free wi-fi internet, free breakfast, and air conditioning. The wi-fi did not work at any point during my stay. Breakfast was an espresso or tea, a cup of juice, and a chocolate croissant in a plastic bag. The air conditioning worked, but there was no way to adjust the settings.

Location excellent, atmosphere perfect, rooms comfy and convenient. Only one thing caught my eye in a negative way: Sheets were a bit dirty / bad quality.

One of the receptionists (girl) was really nice and kind, helping us where she could. She even gave us one of her own band-aids because there weren't any in the hotel. The breakfast. I had expected more of the 'continental breakfast': coffee, juice and chocolate croissant. But maybe it's me and for most other people it's perfect. I am allergic to some things and thought there would be fruit available, for example, but I had to buy my breakfast myself.

Comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, working air-conditioning. Central location, close to attractions. 5 minutes walk to Dzhumaya Square (where the Dzhumaya mosque, roman theatre are). Small hotel in general, 2 room per floor. Also thin-walled, I could here absolutely everything from even upstairs (eg unpleasant noises and bed-rocking!). Very basic breakfast: 1 breadroll, 1 cup of coffee and 1 glass of juice.
