Small family run hotel with air-con, located in the outskirts of Balchik. Perfectly located to chill out, bus stop just next to hotel so no-car traveller can easly do trips to local attractions. Very good price. No room clean during my stay (3 days). |

The terace and the view from the room are gorgeous. Also plenty of free parking spaces nearby. Decent breakfast, very quiet neighbourhood. I would definatelly stay there again, if I'll need accomodation in that area. |

Enigma Hotel is well placed, not fare away from shoreline and the heritage of Queen Maria of Romania; i.e., the garden and the houses disseminated in the residential park. |

The place. It is near Botanic Garden, 3-4 km, nice to walk. The sanitary instalations must repaired. It is necessary to change the informations about address. The street does not ecognised by GPS. |

The location is quiet, nice furniture (especially the bed), reception guy speaks good English, nice and clean garden. It is true that the beach is 300 m to the hotel, however, it is a rocky beach, only suitable for walks and maybe fishing. Anyway, Albena and Balchik are very close (five minutes by car). |

Tidy, comfy and with decent prices; friendly staff, always willing to give directions and suggestions. Not many things to complain about, keeping in mind that it's a 2 star hotel. |

Nice terrace and music, i would come back just for that. Quiet area...very good for relaxing. Bad breakfast, long distance from beach, no safe parking places (a car was stolen during our stay), no shower cabin. |

It has a great balcony. Great staff. The room I stayed in was very clean, and well furnished. The outside court yard where one would eat breakfast is very nice. The value for you money is also great. |

Nice staff, brekfast was ok, room was clean, new furniture, ac, location, pretty far from the center, or beach, had to take cab. Cab costs 7 leva. |

Camere placute,mobilate si dotate corespunzator (TV, frigider, AC, internet WIFI), atmosfera linistita, vedere frumoasa spre mare, personal amabil Micul dejun este foarte saracacios, modalitatea de servire inadecvata (nu exista restaurant ci doar un bar si o terasa), baile nu au cada de dus (bateria este fixata in perete) ceea ce le face dificil de folosit) si ventilatie, se pot aduce imbunatatiri la curtea hotelului (eventual o piscina) |

Die jungen Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam.Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Das Frühstücksangebot sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Schade, dass auf der schönen Terrasse nur ein Minimum an Getränken serviert wird ( kein Angebot vorhanden). |
