Внимательный, доброжелательный, отзывчивый, пунктуальный персонал. Ненавязчивый сервис, что позволяет чувствовать себя свободным от ненужного постороннего внимания. Удивительный пейзаж на моер с балкона номера. Своебразная архитектура здания, которая исключает постоянное нахождение в одном помещении (например, коридоре) постольцев нескольких номеров.

Если выбирать отель как пляжный отдых, конечно до пляжа очень далеко, порядка 1,5 -2 км., отсутствие инфраструктуры вблизи отеля.

We liked the view from the room's balcony, the silence of surroundings, the helpful staff... The deskboy, Dido, was very pleasant and helpful with everything. Thanks.

Good quiet location, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Nice staff. The hotel is situated 2km to center of Balchik if you need to shopping or to the restaurant, and 5km to Albena if you want to go to the a nice beach, as Balchik doesn't really have a sand beach. At 30euro per night for a double with balcony, I would go to Enigma again without thinking twice.

Good value for money, nice and comfortable rooms with new furniture and nice balcony with some small sea view.

The location was not so good, not to a walking distance from the castle, far from town and beach. The breakfast was good, but small. The bathroom door was a little damaged because the shower is not separated in any how from the rest.

Hotelul este nou sau recent renovat. Camerele curate, suficient de spatioase, cu vedere la mare. Paturile mari, lenjeria curata iar ceea ce a contat cel mai mult - aer conditionat (12.000 btu) si internet wireless in camera. Micul dejun e chiar mic, dar nici nu ne asteptam la mai mult, la un asemenea pret. Cu masina la Albena 7 km, la Nisipurile de Aur - 17, plaja Balchik - 3. Foarte bun pentru cei 25 € camera / noapte.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area above the sea with a spectacular sea view.

If you want to visit the castle, please take a car as there is no sidewalk from the hotel until the next intersection (about 1 km) and the center of Balchik is quite far away.

Der sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter "Dido"

Die Angabe auf der booking.com-Seite "300 m zum Meer" ist eine Frechheit und grenzt an Irreführung. Es mag zwar stimmen, dass das Wasser Luftlinie vielleicht 300 m entfernt ist, allerdings handelt es sich hierbei um eine unzugängliche Steilküste. Möchte man an einen Badestrand, ist man auf einen pkw angewiesen und muss mehrere Kilometer weit fahren. Der beschriebene "Meerblick" endet leider weit vor dem Wasser an einer Bauruine. Das von uns dazugebuchte Babybett war auf einer der vier Seiten defekt und deshalb nicht zu gebrauchen. Das 2. (Auszieh)- Bett im Apartment sackt zusammen und macht schlaf fast unmöglich. Der auch auf den Zimmern versprochene WLan-Empfang funktioniert höchstens auf der Terrasse. Beim angepriesenen "Kinderspielplatz" handelt es sich um zwei alte Holzschaukeln. Die nicht abgegrenzte Dusche ohne Duschvorhang flutet das komplette Badezimmer inklusive Toilette. Das armseelige Frühstück besteht aus zwei belegten Brotscheiben, einem Heiß- und Kaltgetränk. Null Kulanz bei vorzeitiger Abreise aus oben beschreibenen Gründen.

Personalul, amplasarea, vederea din camera, camera, in principiu. Putea fi mai curata.

Curatenia din camera:oglinzi murdare, lipicios pe jos, miros inchis, departe de centrul statiunii, amplasat intr-o zona frumoasa dar pustie

Curatenia si personalul foarte amabil. Gradina de vara in care se lua micul dejun si unde puteai sta la un suc - foarte frumoasa si relaxanta. Se poate plati in Leva sau in Euro.

Micul dejun - extrem de saracacios, adus mereu rece. Distanta mare pana la plaja (3 km pana in Balchik si 7 km pana in Albena), daca vrei sa mergi pe jos nu-ti prieste vacanta, iar cu masina trebuie sa ai grija cheilor.

Terasa "face toti banii". Privelistea este foarte frumoasa, camera a fost draguta, curata, tipul de la receptie foarte primitor si zambitor.

Nu s-a ridicat gunoiul niciodata in patru zile cat am stat, micul dejun foarte sarac, peretii foarte subtiri, se aude tot prin ei, foarte departe de plaja.
