OK breakfast. Too small a pool area and not enough sun for all the guests (most of the deck chairs where in the shade). Bed flees in our room. A bit run-down and not four-star worthy compared to the four-star hotel we stayed at in Obzor. |

the beautiful garden where i can see it from my room. Be carefull, there are rooms which are looking to the other side of the hotel which is not very attractive. Very rich breakfast, truly good not very clean rooms, not very friendly staff, the pool was very dirty and there is no parking. The hotel usualy works with groups from germany and everything is in German language |

I liked being there. Except one fact; every time that I crossed the lobby, I expected someone to say; Good Morning etc to me at the desk. Sometimes I get that and sometimes not. That is something that belong to good service to notice a customer everytime she/he goes by. I liked that the hotel location is near to everything but still quiet place. Beautiful builging and rooms were nice. |

Nice hotel, very large rooms, very clean and nice garden where you can have a drink or just relax in the evening. The personell was not updated with my booking modification, which had been made 1 week before my arrival. I had to give them my printed booking modification in order to check with you. |

Very clean, nice staff, excellent surrounding. It was hard to find the hotel's beach where they offer some discount and that beach was the worst in the resort. It's small and there are only rocks in the sea, no sand like the others. Therefore I recommend you not to use the hotel's beach. |

la colazione molto abbondante, la posizione ottima sia per il centro balneare che per la tranuillità e la vicinanza al mare L'aria condizionata nelle camere non è regolabile e soprattutto non rendeva la camera sufficinetemente fresca, le finestre delle camere avevano solo le tende (niente tapparelle o scuri) |

Ухоженная территория. Комфотные по размеру номера. Широкий выбор телепрограмм. 1.Для 4х звездочного отеля постельное белье меняли не так часто как хотелось бы. 2. Завтрак очень скромный. 3. Персонал не владеет информацией - на любой вопрос ответ либо дезинформирующий, либо просто НЕ ЗНАЮ. |
