Family Hotel Silvestar  

Very pleasant staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and free undercover parking too.

A liitle bit far away from the main town area, restaurants,etc.

Stayed for 5 nights in early May 2012 and we would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Silvestar. It is straight forward fare but delivered by friendly and helpful staff, with a smile. Room was large and had a separate seating area and balcony, 2 TVs and well equipped bathroom. Underground parking available, it's a bit tight and the pillars are painted the same colour as floors, walls etc so become invisible. No restaurant but delivery can be arranged from a local one, we didn't try this as there are plenty of restaurants in town. Quiet location and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Open shower tended to flood the bathroom if run at full force. Meant it was a good idea to have the first shower in the morning. Everything else was great.

A very beautiful place to stay. It is very close to the ruins of the castel. I also liked the fact that there were signs to inicate how to get to the hotel. But anyway if you have a GPS and use the address it will take you there easily. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The man for the reception was very polite and willing to help. The underground garage is a big plus. The city (at least the old part of it) has narrow streets with no parking places. While walking around the city we saw a car being taken because it was not properly parked. So be careful with that!

Different style and quality of furnishing and appliances. Poor wi-fi internet connection during the 2 days of our stay. Cleanning staff was smoking on non-smoking floor?!

The conditions were perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpfull. The photos with the rooms were real. I fully recommend it.

Huge rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located if you are there to visit Tsarevets, the old town and Arbanassi. Very quiet in the night so you can get a good sleep. The hotel staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. I wish I could stay longer and for sure will recommend it to everyone.

the staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly, at times going out of their way to help us. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is brilliant and it is served on the terrace which has a lovely view. the lo ation is good too, both for town and tseverets.

Beds could be more comfortable and eAch balcony has next door's air conditioning unit on it, so you can't stay on the balcony if the room next door has its ac on. But i is a minor inconvenience. very recommendable.

They have underground parking in the hotel, which was huge advantage. The hotel is well situated, little hard to find, but it was ok. Room was spacy with balcony. I would recommend this hotel.
