Family Hotel Silvestar  

スタッフが非常にフレンドリー。建物内部がかわいくて、部屋も広くて清潔。ファブリックがとてもいい香りで- した。部屋からの景色ものどかで良かったです。朝食も気持ち良くいただけました。旧市街の観光には非常に便- 利な立地だと思います。静かでいい場所です。

立地は名所を回るのには便利ですが、アブトガーラからは距離があり、道の起伏も多いので宿まではバスかタク- シーの利用をおすすめします。

Cosy beautiful room with city view, proximity to the fortress and to the center of the town, large and secure garage, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Poor heating during the night, bathroom needed better aeration.

Location. Modern new renovation with all the bells and whistles. Lovely balcony overlooking the mountain. Very helpful staff- sent taxi to train station for pick-up on arrival and arranged taxi for our very early departure.

Breakfast in lobby was very basic.

Good private covered parking!

It was very nice hotel, good location, nice people, inside parking, quiet area. Nice rooms, very nice terrace for summer. We had a different room, not in the attic. This was bigger, the one in the attic is much smaller but nice as well.

The shower on the flour is strange a little, and almoast all the flour was wet after the shower. But was not anymore in the morning. They have slippers anyway.

Very friendly and serviceminded staff; very good location

Although we booked an apartment which was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, we discovered upon arrival that the apartment had one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room. Situation was promptly fixed by very very nice staff who offered an extra double room free of charge for the entire duration of the stay, showing extremely rare understanding and support for such a mixed blame situation.

The hotel is built with no soundproofing whatsoever, you can hear normal conversation and bathroom noise from 3 rooms away, above and below.

Simply great! Perfect location close to the fortress, surrounded by the main museums and close to the main shopping street and city centre. Great people, nice rooms, big breakfast with unlimited (very good) coffee (first time that I am satisfied with breakfast in Bulgaria!) Very easy to find!

Not a problem caused by the Hotel but I want to mention it: very narrow and steep roads when you access the garage. Be aware the city is build on a hill ;-)

Huge rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located if you are there to visit Tsarevets, the old town and Arbanassi. Very quiet in the night so you can get a good sleep. The hotel staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. I wish I could stay longer and for sure will recommend it to everyone.

the staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly, at times going out of their way to help us. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is brilliant and it is served on the terrace which has a lovely view. the lo ation is good too, both for town and tseverets.

Beds could be more comfortable and eAch balcony has next door's air conditioning unit on it, so you can't stay on the balcony if the room next door has its ac on. But i is a minor inconvenience. very recommendable.

The room next to us had a window with view exactly into our room's terrace.

Very quiet location only a few minutes walk from the centre and Tsaravets fortress. Large, clean suite with an extensive balcony overlooking the Yantra Gorge. Adequate set breakfast on the terrace with views over the gorge. Aircon in both lounge and bedroom (needed as outside temp. Was 37deg C.). No bath but a good shower. Staff speak reasonable English.

After our stay at Silvestar Hotel we received T-shirts with 'I love Veliko Tyrnovo' prints. It was really nice.

The breakfast was rather poor.
