The receptionist guy was very nice. The garage was a plus. Big rooms. Close to the castle. Nice terrace

The breakfast could be better, the shower shoud have a cabin or at least a courtain (the water was everywhere in the bathroom).

Not for family with children. Only AC heating - resulting in a smell in the room. Bathroom needs urgent repairs, A very persistent smell in the hotel of cigar smoke.

I liked the underground parking (very safe), the friendly staff, the view, the quiet zone, the breakfast and the spacious room/bathroom.

I didn't like the shower! The bathroom was floated every time we took a shower. Also, the air conditioner was the only heath source, the radiators were cold.

We didnt like the cigarette smoke coming from the rooms and through the hotel into our rooms it stinks. We didnt like having to use the aircon as a heater due to the central heating being of as the room in general was freezing and the bathroom/shower was a fridge

A modern, small hotel with a perfect, guiet situation close to the old quarters of the town and the fortress. Good garage for the car. Ample parkingspace in and around.

We missed some outdoor furnitures for the balcony

The hotel was more that we expected for the price! Great place to stay for one or more nights. The clean and up-todate rooms make the stay there pleasant. The place is not luxurious but is very nice for an average person and the friendly staff makes things even better. They always answered our questions and were able to help with info and directions about the city. Location is a key when your trip is short so it was very helpful the hotel was close to Tsarevets and other main landmarks in the city. We are very happy with the place and it was a good choice! Thank you!

We found the hotel to have a great location - near the local tourist sites. It was clean, modern and the staff were excellent and very helpful.

The view and the balcony with the tables were the best feature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The room was nicely decorated.

Everything was very good, except there was no hot water in the evening, so I could not have a shower before going to bed, and I could hear people walking along the floor above my room, which woke me up.

Small hotel. Lovely staff. Car park at rear. Very quiet location and near the castle and the old area. Room very clean with lots of space and light and large terrace with view over roof tops and trees down to the river. Room number 23. a little more expensive but worth the extra. Lounge area and bedroom area plus bathroom with shower, no bath. Air conditioning which worked well. Very quiet , great for a good nights sleep. Twin beds. Wifi worked well in the lounge area. Fridge in lounge area. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were very obliging when we asked for extras - I.E. hot milk, cold milk, bowl, more fruit.- No problem. We should have had the attic room but decided to pay more for a bigger room. The attic would be great for a young couple or a person alone. It was very small with a beamed ceiling - very "romantic and cosy" !

No lift. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. (Staff very obliging about making cup of tea etc.)

A nice small hotel just a two-minute walk from the entry to Tsarevets. We hired the litle appartment and had an own nice balkony with a great view. Comfortable and clean.

Location was within walking distance to the castle Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to have breakfast delivered to our room and ate on the terrace.

The sink did not have a sewer trap so the smell leaked back into the bathroom. Smoke smell in the lobby.

Silvestar Family Hotel is a small en friendly hotel, somewhat hidden from the main road, very quiet and with good sights above the river. I liked the breakfast on the terrace and the views from there. The staff is very friendly an helpful. The room was spacious and well furtnished.

Taking a shower means: flooding the bathroom.

-Very good location : very quiet area, only 5 minutes walk from city center. -I had Junior Suite no. 23 : very spacious terrace ; very green "view", to the river/hill; also Tsarevets castle was visible, as well as important part of the city, placed on the hills (right part of the terrace) -Consistent breakfast -Very friendly/helpfull staff. -Very big garrage -Very clean establishment

Shower cabin in bathroom would be very helpfull. Currently there is no cabin, but only shower device on the wall (not even a curtain...) This way, when having a shower, water spreads in whole bathroom, that remainsall wet after you finish. I mean a cabin will be 200 EUR investment/room... Not that much money to spend, for a civilized shower...

Very pleasant staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and free undercover parking too.

A liitle bit far away from the main town area, restaurants,etc.
