Festa Panorama Hotel  

The rooms were perfect, we had a huge room with a huge teras and a sea view. The personnel was very friendly, very warm and helpfull allthough a little confused. All clean. The bed - to die for. The food was fresh and various.

Food - but is not their fault. For an all inclusive what they offer was cheap, poor and limited. The room fridge was empty. The hotel was not selling drinks..? There was no cleaning (laundry) service as I saw of or it was not advertised. There was absolutely no entertainment - I think they are kind of learning still in all the resort!

The hotel could be a choice because of the good value for money (acceptable balance between the price and the quality of the stay).

The hotel staff does have not any awareness of the clients satisfaction concept; there is a lack of receptivity towards the clients' needs or requests. One explanation could be the fact that the majority of the hotel staff does have a poor level of foreign languages knowledge - but nevertheless, they really need serious training on customer services issue.

Pools and rooms are clean, view to the sea and nearby town is nice.

I truly have no idea how it is possible that there are reviews saying that this is a good hotel with a warm welcome, etc. Normally I would say that staff is paid for writing reviews for themselves but given that literally nobody (except for one manager) speaks any European language but Bulgarian, I doubt that this is the case. I booked one 'spacious triple' and a single room for ourselves, both with sea view. First we were given rooms with a view on ugly streets and some to-be-demolished housings. Having fought with the receptionists using 4 different languages we were at last given what we had paid for. Well almost that, as the spacious triple room was in fact a small double room with an extra bed that is made of iron and metal strings. Anyway, sea view is really nice from this hotel but this might be the only positive thing about it. Upon arrival at 8am we were told that no food will be provided for us until dinner even though I had explained it during the booking that we are to leave early and hence will not consume even a glass of water on our last day. After lots of fighing and arguing we were told that we can eat some snacks at the pool bar or the lobby bar. There was absolutely no snack what so ever at either of the bars until 2pm and the reason why they provided us with plain slices of bread with some cheese on them was that we kept saying that we had been starving. At a 4 star hotel... ?! Just imagine how embarassing it is when you go to the pool bar asking if there is any snack and then the waiter picks up a dirty sheet of paper and points at some unreadable characters without saying a word. To keep it brief: do not choose this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday. Staff is totally ignorant, they are not only unwilling to help you but unable too, given the above language problems. The 'best' thing is that the cleaner part of the (not private = no services there) beach is 3-400 meters away.

Singurul aspect favorabil se refera la amplasare:aproape de Old Town Nessebar si in fata statiei auto.

Personalul hotelului nu cunoaste conceptul de ospitalitate, amabilitate, buna vointa, chiar salutul elementar pare a nu fi cunoscut.Meniul restaurantului a fost destul de slab si cel mai neplacut lucru a constat in coada care se forma de fiecare data la alegerea preparatelor: pozitionarea si numarul meselor cu tavile cu preparate nu au fost bine gandite; acelasi lucru se poate spune si despre dozatoarele de suc si cafea: aici se facea alta coada! Trebuie renuntat la restaurantul a la carte pentru un restaurant mai incapator! Sau existenta acestuia se baza pe meniul nesatisfacator? Nu am fost in Night Club dar nu am putut dormi decat dupa ora 5 dimineata din cauza bubuitului care se auzea.

Mi-a placut deosebit de mult camera in care am fost cazati,deoarece facusera overbooking si nu mai aveau camere cu vedere la mare, ni s-a dat un penthouse foarte spatios si frumos , raspunsul rapid al personalului in raport cu cererile noastre

Nu are plaja proprie, mancarea era cam aceeasi in fiecare zi

Hotelul arata bine, personalul prietenos...

Nu mi-a placut amplasarea hotelului... e intr-un golf (creeaza impresia ca esti la un lac, nu la mare), ca sa ajungi la o plaja buna trebuia sa traversezi orasul (cam 10-15 min de mers). La masa, nu intrai fara sa te bifeze pe lista, chit ca aveai bratara de hotel la mana; mancare buna, dar aceeasi aproape zi de zi, putine sortimente, nu prea aveai ce alege; la piscina bautura la discretie, nu si mancarea ( care era foarte putina si se statea la coada...

Minden nagyon jó , a szoba kitûnõ, az ételek sokfélék és nagyon változatosak voltak , a személyzet figyelemes.

Csak korlátozott ingyenes internet -szolgáltatás van és csak a recepció környékén. A szálláshely melleti parkolóért 35 eurót fizettünk,ennek ellenére hazaindulásunk csak reklamációk után sikerült , ugyanis a szállodai bankfiók autója lezárta a kijáratot még elõzõ este , hiába volt parkolóõr.

Поредния добър хотел от веригата Феста , много съм доволна
