nice big room (we had an executive something), really nice staff (which is not so common in Bg), outdoor swimming pool looks great (although much colder than the sea in september), they have squash (not in great shape. but still ok), restaurant was poor, definetly not 5 star, not even 4, but I was there in late september, therefore not exactly in the summer season. the indoor pool was too small to actually swim in it, but the jacuzzi and the sauna were really nice. |

Excellent vacation on Flamingo Grand.Excellent room,hotel staff verry helpful and pleasant,verry clean,breakfast and dinner verry good,spa center and swiming pool wonderfull.If you want to chose hotel in Albena I recomand this hotel. |

Setting, very large room, beautiful view, nice pool, good food except juices Staff not very helpful, not value for money, needed to almost call every day for cleaning the room, not enough toilet paper, wetting the floor during the shower, no wireless availability - though there was free of charge wiring connection adsl, not good juices for breakfast, |

Staff is very helpful, room (studio de luxe) is large and offers plenty of facilities. It is an ideal hotel for families with children. The location is indeed about 150 meters from the beach (which is reserved for the hotel guests - guests have free entry and free chairs) The beach itself is clean and well tken care of. Parking fee was very reasonable. |

Executive studio was great !! Staff - very nice and helpful, everybody speaks English Indoor pool - very small; breackfast was very good, but we had lunch - and , as it was buffet, we did not have any meat to eat - only vegetables, cheese and some sausages. We did not find anything suitable for our 5 years old kid... |

The hotel is new, looks amazingly good, very modern design with all the facilities. The rooms are big, internet connection is available and free of charge, the spa and the huge swimming pools are a great place to spend your time in. Definatelly is the best hotel i ever went in. Excellent breakfast & cleaning service. The staff, at least the reception one, doesnt speak English so good..also internet is available in the rooms, but no wireless. |

Отельпросто супер, мне все очень понравилось и моей семье тоже, ребнок маленький приболел помощь оказади быстро, для меня это на этом этапе важно, маленькая неприятность пришлось напомнить об уборке что бы убирались хорошо, после просьбы исправились а так все супер всем спасибо |

Kostenloses WLan, (leider nur im Lobbybereich), bei Executive-Zimmern zusätzlich Eismaschine auf dem Stockwerk, Spa und "VIP-Raum Frühstück" möglich und im Preis inbegriffen. Da fängt der Tag ruhig an und man wird beim Frühstück von anderen nicht überrannt. Der Hotelmanager ist äusserst professionell. Minibarpreise sind human und man sollte prüfen ob das Festnetz im Zimmer gar günstiger wie das Handy ist. Noch ist alles neu und alles funktioniert. Hochwertiges Material und Beschläge, die Fenster isolieren den tagsüber unvermeidlichen Lärm hervorragend.Trotzdem würde ich (nach westlichem Standard) dem Hotel nur 4 bis 4,5 Sterne geben. Für Albena allerdings wohl das beste Hotel. Qualität/Auswahlmöglichkeiten des Frühstückes nicht 5 Sterne-würdig. Einige Menschen haben dringend Nachholbedarf beim Thema "zivilisiertes Verhalten beim Frühstück". Ein oder 2 Damen an der Rezeption sollten freundlicher sein oder den Job wechseln. Beim Poolbereich störte uns, dass eigentlich ganz Albena da theoretisch Zutritt hat, aber das ist wohl nur schwer kontrollierbar. Der für die Hotelgäste vorgesehene Strand sollte besser von Kippen etc. gereinigt werden. Die Zimmerkarte musste überaschend oft neu codiert werden, weil Sie einfach nicht mehr funktionierte. |

Bon service, les gens très gentils et serviables, chambres superbes de grande taille avec vue sur la mer! Bien insonorisées et luxueuses! La cuisine laisse à désirer en termes de qualité des repas, mais le choix y est. |

Nagyon jó volt az ellátás, bőséges és választékos reggeli, vacsora. A szobában volt minibár plusz hűtő, valamint kisebb konyha mikroval, nagyon komfortos volt. A szállodának több medencéje van, ami szintén színvonalas volt. Kevés és nem elég választékos TV csatorna. Melegvízellátás este nem megfelelő, csak langyos víz van este 8 után. |

Всё предусмотрено, за пределы отеля можно не выходить, разве только на море.Вкусная,ассортиментная еда.Прекрасный дизайн,очень приветливый и вежливый персонал и администрация отеля очень тепло встретившая и проводившая нас.Спасибо! |
