Понравилась атмосфера курорта Албена. Много ресторанов, магазинчиков, аттракционов для детей и взрослых. Flamingo Grand - самый новый и самый удобный отель на этом курорте.

This is clearly the best hotel in Albena, Bulgaria - a much more budget sea-side rest than Turkey or Greece, but if you decided to go to Bulgaria and can spend a bit more than the other 3-4* hotels in this little town (accommodates only ~15 th. People compared to ~150 in Golden Sands) than Flamingo is your best choice. It is located second line from the beach, but this was not at all a problem - all beach side hotels are older and of much lower quality. Has a great pool, good quality food (again, compared to other hotels) and extremely trained helpful and nice staff.

Nothing about the hotel - but one needs to very clearly understand differences between vacation in Bulgaria and other sea-side resorts (Turkey, Greece, Asian resorts) - Bulgaria is a much more "budget" touristic country, and this has implications on the type of crowd you'll encounter. But if for some reason you decided to go there - makes sense to overpay a bit and stay in Flamingo - the only 5* in town.

We were absolutely happy there. Flamingo Grand is obviously best hotel in Albena. A difference between Flamingo Grand and other hotels in the area is huge. It is located in the middle of Albena resort. Everything is close. Beautiful beach is 200m away. We got towels and sun beds free of charge. The hotel and the beach are very suitable for families with small children. The hotel has luxury rooms and very nice modern interier. Bar serves great coctails, cakes etc. Staff at the reception and bar is very pleasant. They speak good English and are very helpfull. Restaurant food is tasty with good selection. Cooks talk to people, smile and create good mood. I highly recommend! You will enjoy hollidays!

We have enjoyed the vacation very much, but there of course had been some minor negatives. It is absolutely necessary to bring electrical Raid against bugs. Cleaning rooms could have been better - bath tube was not cleaned all week, but cleaning was generaly still O.K. Waiters and waitresses in the restaurant do not speak English very much and they never smile. When you meet staff in the hotel they almost never say "Hello". The worsed staff works at the beach. They only controll if you belong to Flamingo Grand, but they never help you with sun bed, they don´t say "Hello" and don´t speak English. They think they are policemen, but they forget that they should service hotel guests at the first place.

Spa services are very poor, the fitness area is very small for a 5 star hotel, the English of the staff is really bad. The food was excellent the first day, afterwards I think they served some of the products which were not consumed.

Food was excelent, staff was great, also most services.

It is not a 5 star hotel, even their own signs state 4 stars. It tries to become a 5 star hotel, but fails somehow... just little details. Plus, the state of disrepair of the room was dissapointing - broken bathroom handle, a broken mattress on the sofa. Probably just unlucky, but not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel.

Great service,very helpful hotel and spa staff, good swimming pools and kids playing area in front of the hotel, excellent location, great views from 9th floor.

Very nice hotel to stay for holidays, five minutes walk to the beach, many shops / restaurants around, high quality food included in hb pack.

It was overcrowding in the pool area, not enough amination for children and adults.

Very nice personnel. Good food. For just 5 kids delivered animator. If the drink you like is not in menu thay will prepare for you. Nice spa. Great stay.
