Flamingo Grand Hotel  

Excellent! Everything exceeded expectation. Bravo!

We really enjoyed my vacation at Flamingo Grand Hotel. The room was big and there was even a kitchenette fully functional, the hotel restaurant was impressive and food was very good (even if the restaurant is marked with only 4*).

Excellent location, nice swimming pool, good breakfast.

We stayed 4 times in this hotel and the cleanliness and servicess it's not the same as first time. Also at the end of staying it was an attempt to pay / charge us with one water from minibar which we didn't used.

This is clearly the best hotel in Albena, Bulgaria - a much more budget sea-side rest than Turkey or Greece, but if you decided to go to Bulgaria and can spend a bit more than the other 3-4* hotels in this little town (accommodates only ~15 th. People compared to ~150 in Golden Sands) than Flamingo is your best choice. It is located second line from the beach, but this was not at all a problem - all beach side hotels are older and of much lower quality. Has a great pool, good quality food (again, compared to other hotels) and extremely trained helpful and nice staff.

Nothing about the hotel - but one needs to very clearly understand differences between vacation in Bulgaria and other sea-side resorts (Turkey, Greece, Asian resorts) - Bulgaria is a much more "budget" touristic country, and this has implications on the type of crowd you'll encounter. But if for some reason you decided to go there - makes sense to overpay a bit and stay in Flamingo - the only 5* in town.

Great service,very helpful hotel and spa staff, good swimming pools and kids playing area in front of the hotel, excellent location, great views from 9th floor.

The Studio are very luxury,the food is excellent and the Spa center is very relaxing.

The location in Albena it is not a very good location.You do not find anything to have fun or to visit.

We liked hotel furniture, design and cleaness of the room; but most of all food and high level services offered by restaurant staff, that were alway nice, smily and helpfull.

Conditiile oferite, ambianta, decorul, dotarile,linistea si sezatia de confort si bun gust, privelistea pe care o poti admira din balconul camerei, aerul curat,profesionalismul angajatilor, modul in care este pregatita si prezentata mancarea... sunt doar cateva argumente pentru care va recomand acest hotel. Desi a fost o sedere scurta, voi reveni cu placere cand voi avea ocazia. Multumesc mult si vi-l recomand cu toata convingerea ca nu veti regreta.

Mi-au placut foarte mult facilitatile si dotarile camerei, privelistea, luxul prezent, complexul SPA, amabilitatea personalului.

Жила во время чемпионата по шахматам, всем очень довольна, была без родителей, проблем не было.

L'hotel est au niveau d'une prestation 5 etoiles... Les services proposées sont de qualités, l'appartement est luxeux. Une coupe de champagne vous est offert à l'arrivée, le personnel de la reception est à votre disposition. Le déjeuner et le diner sont un buffet bien garnis. Attention! Le choix proposé est peu diversifié (si vous restez plus de 3 jours). La propreté est impecable. L'appartement propose des équipements haut de gamme avec une salle de bain magnifique (une baignoire gigantesque), une terrasse avec vu sur les piscines et la mer noire.

Aucune animation est proposé dans l'hotel hors les équipements sont prevus (night club, scéne extérieur, piano bar)... Dommage !!! L'animation uniquement est basé sur les familles avec enfants. Si vous étés un groupe d'amis pour faire la fete ce lieu est à eviter...

Am apreciat totul in acest hotel. Este locul perfect la pretul corect.

Nu este vorba ca nu mi-a placut, ci consider sa se poate imbunatati calitatea personalului de la curatenie prin scaderea mediei de varsta si a abilitatilor de comunicare in limba engleza.

Понравилась атмосфера курорта Албена. Много ресторанов, магазинчиков, аттракционов для детей и взрослых. Flamingo Grand - самый новый и самый удобный отель на этом курорте.
