the best part of are stay at this hotel was the bebroom clean big and a good view the staff where unhelpfull and not friendly the beer was rubbish and so was breakfast |

The Hotel was clean, attractive looking, staff were efficient helpful and unobtrusive we only stayed bed and breakfast but the food was excellent. |

The food was ok, the pool was nice. The wind was blowing through the balcony door (I had to change the room), the bathroom had a really bad smell, the air contidioning system was working only when the balcony door was open (strange, I know, because it should have been exactly the opposite), the gym was in very poor condition, there was no soap in the two rooms I stayed in, expensive internet (I used one of the free wireless connections from the hotels nearby)... I didn't think a 4* hotel could ever look like this. |

My journey at this hotel was quite pleasent; Good place to rest; not so far from the beach; good atmosphere; The breakfast could be better, maybe more diversified; the pool bar and the tables arround could be cleaner in the morning; the hotel stuff should advise the noisy guests to keep a little more quiet, which sometimes, in the night, are having a party until 4 AM. |

Good arrangement, the big nice rooms, good cleaning, high quality of meal, hotel staff, good value for money. Dirty pool, service at restaurant, absence of an order during a breakfast, a poor breakfast, loud music from a bar at night. |

How easy can change check-in/check-out date with a simple email. A receptionist speaks Romanian! change the sheets more often |

Flexibility - they allowed us to chek out at 14 instead of 12, without any problems. Good location - not far from the beach, Nice swimming pool Breakfast - too crowded, the tables were not properly cleaned after other guests. |

I liked the balcony, the pool, the breakfast, friendly and helpful people at reception. Also nice shower and comfortable beds. All in all I very happy with the hotel. I didnt like that toilet paper was very thin and low quality and almost always was out before a new one was brought. When asked then it was provided though. When using sunbeds outside the hotel then the staff asks quite often if you would like something to drink and if you say no then they ask why. |

Location OK, though not on the beach (but close enough). Anyway, a good position, close the best zone of Sunny Beach (the five stars hotels zone). Also as a plus, the free parking place (for who might need it). Personnel and cleanness OK. Small swimming-pool, but good enough. Breakfast quite OK, in line with other similar hotels (actually, above the average, I'd say). Very good value for money. Maybe it should be rated as a 3 stars hotel (rather than 4 stars as it is), but still a good-to-very-good hotel. |

Conditii de cazare excelente ,personalul hotelului amabil,amplasarea destul de aproape de plaja, micul dejun acceptabil.Nu mi-a placut faptul ca nu am putut plati cu cardul desi rezervarea a fost facuta obligatoriu pe baza acestuia.Am platit in euro si am primit rest in leva la un curs bineinteles in defavoarea mea.Colac peste pupaza nu am primit nici factura.Cred ca astia erau obisnuiti cu smecheriile din romania si ce au zis sa nu ne lase sa ne dezobisnuim de ele sau posibil prin staf sa se fi ratacit si vrun baietas de pe la constanta. Sa fie oameni seriosi |

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, aber die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Aber ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen |

duży i komfortowy pokój i łazienka, wystarczająco blisko plaży natomiast do centrum średnia odległość ale bez problemu do pokonania piechotą ok.20min podłoga w łazience mogłaby być częściej ścierana... |

the best meals in the town, good price and delicious dishes, i advise to try it for dinner or lunch the same breakfast all the time, the personal hasnt got any uniform, there is no doubble bed only twin ben in room |

Siisti hotelli, palvelu toimi ja hinta oli edullinen. Sijainti kohtuullinen, eli Mainroadin ylittäminen ainoa ongelma. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta ravintoloiden (aamiainen, lobbybaari ja allasbaari) henkilökunta hieman "väsynyttä" ja huonosti palvelevaa. |

Camere curate, spatioase. Camerele dinspre piscina, chiar daca sunt spre soseaua spre Nessebar care este foarte circulata, sunt linistite. Putin neplacuta este traversarea soselei spre plaja. Ca personal al hotelului am fost incantati de amabilitatea si profesionalismul Stelutei. Cateva programe romanesti la TV. |
