We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel - everything was perfect - the beautiful nature, the location close to the city centre and nice restaurants, the nice apartment which had everything we needed and last but not least the friendly staff and the room service. After this relaxing week we can only highly recommend this hotel - also to families. We had a baby with us which received a warm welcome and everything was prepared - cot in the room etc. Also the shuttle service was on time which was great. The only negative side was that we could not stay longer. We hope to be back! Best wishes from Germany - Sam, Hanna and Verena |

The room was very clean, with everything we needed. The sofa was extendable, so our child slept very well there. They offered an extra bed, but we didn't need it. The staff was very nice and polite. -we couldn't pay by credit card; -the breakfast wasn't the best ever, but we were able to choose few good items. |

We liked this hotel very much, We stayed in daisy apartments and they were clean and spacious. There are good resturants and bars in the hotel and it is right on the slopes and near all the lifts. Room was warm and cosy. The tele has BBC world in English only. Tiny pillows on the bed. But thats just being picky. |

Well located, good modern facilities, good breakfast, easy to check in and out, helpful staff who made us feel welcome. Only a minor point, but like many hotels it was a bit hot at night for sleeping comfortably. With the temperature -10 outside it was also quite difficult to use windows to regulate the room temperature to a more normal level - although we did manage this after first night. |

Close to the pistes and the restaurants, clean apart hotel, spacious room, friendly staff. Rather fragmented situation with the restaurants, the pool and the bar at a different building. Breakfast could be improved in quality (ie. Honey, jams etc.),NOT so strict enforcement of the breakfast time limit. |

The room was good sized and furnished adequately. The Borovets ski resort area was enjoyable. The staff was most pleasant and cooperative when we decided to leave two days early. There was heat and hot water only 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. The room was never adequately warm. We had chosen this place primarily because it had an indoor pool, but the heating of the water was turned off and so the pool was unusable. We planned to stay 4 days, but left after two. |

The spacious appartment. Interior designed for winter sports breaks (holidays). It was a little bit confusing what the status of Apart Hotel Flora Residence was. The appartments we booked were in the same building as the Flora Hotel. The picture of Apart Hotel Flora Residence was a little misleading. The building is there but there are no appartments in that building. |

Ηταν ενα καθαρο ξενοδοχειο κοντα στο κεντρο της πολης μεσα σε ενα ωραιο καταπρασινο περιβαλλον. Το πρωινο δεν ηταν αρκετα καλης ποιοτητος και επρεπε να βγεις και να πας σε αλλο κτηριο.Επισης νομιζω οτι 8-10 ειναι αρκετα νωρις για πρωινο στην εξοχη. Η ΤV ειχε δυσκολο χειρισμο μεσω internet και διεθετε μονον το BBC WORLD στα Αγγλικα. Τα μαξιλαρια ηταν πολυ λεπτα και μονον ενα για τον καθενα. Οι κουρτινες δεν καλυπταν τα παραθυρα. |

Il comfort delle camere (anche se la kitchenette non é completamente equipaggiata come riportato nella descrizione dell'hotel), la tranquillità del luogo, la centralità dell'hotel rispetto alle attività sportive e alla zona commerciale/di divertimento del paese La colazione era stabilita dalle 8.00 alle 10.00 ma fino alle 9.00 non é stata servita e, nonostante continui solleciti, nessuno ha giustificato né dato motivazione di questo ritardo. |

Günstig zur Ski_Piste gelegen Die Schränke bieten zu wenig Platz. Das Personal (Rezeption) spricht wenig und schlechtes Englisch. Zusatzmöglichkeiten wie Sauna etc. sind extra zu zahlen (macht das Preis /leistungsverhältnis kaputt). Die Musik beim Frühstück ist zu laut. |

La localisation de l'hotel proche des pistes et de la gondola, l'espace dans l'appartement, le parking et l'internet gratuits Pas de jus de fruits au petit dej et pas de pain sauf des tranches de mie a toaster, le local a ski dans la residence daisy est trop petit, il faudrait prevoir des crochets ou des porte-manteaux aux murs dans l'appartement pour y faire secher les vetements de ski |
