The stuff of the hotel was excellent. Even if we were for 2 days the only guests in the hotel, they were very polite and helpful. Clean rooms, excellent position if you go skiing, private parking. The breakfast is fair, don't expect something special, is basic and enough for everyone. Thumbs up for the slopes, even in mid April and with no more than 40 skiers, they were very well maintained. The beds are not very comfortable, at least for me.

Actually is the second time staying at this hotel and I felt well as I expected. The studio is large (aprox. 30 sqm) and can accomodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, there is a double bed and a sofa bed. I had a nice surprise with strong wi-fi signal and for free (just ask for password to the reception). The gondola lift and the chair lifts are close, less then 5 min. walking distance. The hotel have free and guarded parking.

The hotel is a perfect location for the people witch want to sky, is not exactly witch we expect for a 4-star hotel, but was clean and quiet. The hotel can be evaluated as a good one for 3-star hotel, in any case a 4-star hotel, may be only the price was for 4-star.

Very quiet during the summer ,would like to return in the winter.Plenty of good places for eating and drinking at reasonable prices.Went up in chair lift not to be missed

The hotel is very close to the ski pistes and that makes life easier. The appartments are large and very warm and the price very reasonable. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. The swimming pool and spa is located in a different building which makes it hard to go to and from in the cold. Swimming pool and spa facilities are not included in the price and at an extra cost 5lv for adults, 3lv for children or 15 lv for the spa compo the total can add up after a few days.

We are family with young children, and we like this hotel very much. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel particularly during the ski season.

Location is great for skiing, just near the slopes. Studio was clean and great space. Towels were changed every day. Wi-Fi internet free in the room. The shower's cover was damaged. First day was cold.

Este situat aproape de pistele pentru ski si lift. Micul dejun, daca stai numai 2 nopti, este bun, acelasi. Am locuit intr-un studio la Violet Apartaments Flora care nu avea prea multe dotari la bucatarie (nu cuptor cu microunde, nu prajitor de paine, nu prea multe accesorii pentru masa: cutite care nu taiau, furculite, linguri, etc.) fata de cel de data trecuta. Nici curatenia nu a fost ca de obicei, nu luase gunoiul de la baie, nu am avut internet free cum a fost in ianuarie la alt Apartaments Flora (primul care apare fotografiat pe site la www.booking.com).

Очень приятное, милое место. Чисто и аккуратно, номер убирали каждый день. Персонал исключительно приветливый, все всегда улыбались и помогали во всем! Прекрасный завтрак, уютный бар. Единственное неудобство-интернет только в лобби и баре.

Lokacija je fantasticna, hotel je veoma miran i apartmani su besprekorno cisti. Osoblje je ljubazno, parking je besplatan i obezbedjen. Nalazi se na 30 m od ski staze. Preporucujem ga svima koji zele odmor i skijanje.

“This is a very fine 4 star hotel, with modern, simple design. It is fresh and clean with very large rooms. The restaurant serves descent food compared with the craps that are served in Borovets.
