Conveniently located in the centre of Borovets, the oldest ski station in Bulgaria, at the foot of the Rila Nature Reserve, the complex is just 50 metres from the cable car. The 15 apartments are comfortably furnished and include a living room, bedroom, terrace, fitted kitchen, toilet and telephone. You can also find a 21-inch TV, leather sofa bed and wardrobe in the apartment. The kitchens are equipped with 2 hot plates, pots, pans, cups and cutlery. The complex offers modern facilities and is the perfect base for a skiing or a summer holiday. Borovets is located at 72 km from Sofia, on the northern slopes of the Rila mountain range. Huddled in venerable pine woods 1390 meters above the sea level with highest pistes at 2600m makes it a perfect place for relax and recreation. Staff is very kind. Breakfast very good. Location fantastic. If one wants to use anything (but the swimming pool), Sauna, Fitness Center, Solarium, Hydromassage, Barbecue facilities... He must pay. On the site it should be written things were not "included in the package".

The hotel has the best location for skiers.It is very near to both main lifts - the gondola lift and the four chair lifts. The parking area is a bit too crowded and sometimes it's difficult to enter or exit the parking.

This is the third time staying at this hotel and I think is one of the best option in Borovets as price, quality of accomodation and location. This time no internet available in room and sometimes no tv signal.

Hotel se nalazi na veoma dobroj lokaciji. Apartmani su dobro opremljeni i veoma cisti. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno . Hrana odlicna.

Breakfast time starts at 8:00, which is too late if you want to be at the gondola lift at opening time (8:30) There was no view from the room (we were given a room at 1st floor, which was actually at ground level)

The hotel is very close to the ski pistes and that makes life easier. The appartments are large and very warm and the price very reasonable. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. The swimming pool and spa is located in a different building which makes it hard to go to and from in the cold. Swimming pool and spa facilities are not included in the price and at an extra cost 5lv for adults, 3lv for children or 15 lv for the spa compo the total can add up after a few days.

We are family with young children, and we like this hotel very much. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel particularly during the ski season.

The hotel is a perfect location for the people witch want to sky, is not exactly witch we expect for a 4-star hotel, but was clean and quiet. The hotel can be evaluated as a good one for 3-star hotel, in any case a 4-star hotel, may be only the price was for 4-star.

Location is great for skiing, just near the slopes. Studio was clean and great space. Towels were changed every day. Wi-Fi internet free in the room. The shower's cover was damaged. First day was cold.

The stuff of the hotel was excellent. Even if we were for 2 days the only guests in the hotel, they were very polite and helpful. Clean rooms, excellent position if you go skiing, private parking. The breakfast is fair, don't expect something special, is basic and enough for everyone. Thumbs up for the slopes, even in mid April and with no more than 40 skiers, they were very well maintained. The beds are not very comfortable, at least for me.
