Lovely,modern and clean hotel. Opened in Dec 2008 so everything still looks new! Excellent location with taxi/bus station next to hotel. Centre was 10 min walk away with nice restaurants just down the road. Most of the staff spoke english which was helpful. Unfortunately during our stay there in May, the Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath were not working because they were broken??? Already!!!?? and they made no attempt to rectify the problem! |

το τζακούζι και το relax roum η τοποθεσία στο χάρτη είναι τελείως λάθος, θέρμανση στους διαδρόμους, μισό ρολό χαρτί τουαλέτας για 2 άτομα το 24ωρο, η πισίνα παγωμένη |

το ξενοδοχείο δεν απέχει 700 μέτρα από τη γόνδολα. ούτε βρίσκεται στη θέση που το δείχνει ο χάρτης στο βooking!!! To ξενοδοχείο είναι στην άκρη του μπάνσκο και χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε αυτοκίνητο για να πας στο χωριό. αν σκοπεύεις να κάνεις σκι, σίγουρα είναι ακατάλληλο. η θέρμανση στο δωμάτιό μας ήταν ανεπαρκής σε σχέση με άλλα δωμάτια. οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι παγωμένοι. |

Nos ha gustado todo. Es el hotel de 4 estrellas más barato en que hemos estado, y todo en el hotel estaba a la altura de estas estrellas. En el pueblo hay muchos restaurantes con la típica comida búlgara, buenos y baratos. Es un hotel nuevo y le faltan algunos detalles : la habitación tiene una cocina, pero nada para utilizar en ella (ni un hervidor, ni un vaso etc.), en el baño faltan estanterías, y lo mismo dentro de la ducha - no hay donde poner champú o jabón.El teléfono del salón está puesto en el suelo. |

καινούργιες εγκαταστάσεις, καθαροί χώροι επικοινωνία του προσωπικού (αγγλικά), εξυπηρέτηση στο εστιατόριο, ζεστό νερό στο δωμάτιο (υπήρχε ταχυθερμοσίφωνας) |

μονο το εστιατοριο και λιγο το δωματιο αναλογικα με το νεοχτιστο 5αστερο ξενοδοχειο υπαρχουν σοβαρεσ ελληψεισ...!! σπα(εκτοσ λειτουργιασ οι μισεσ παροχεσ) αντρεσ κανουν μασαζ!!!,μικρη πισινα χωρισ τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο,το καζινο δεν εχει τραπεζια για χαρτια και live ρουλετα,το πρωινο δεν ειναι μπουφεσ αλλα επιλεγεισ ενα απο τα δυο μενου,το δωματιο απλο για την κατηγορια του και γενικα το ξενοδοχειο ειναι καινουργιο μεν και μεγαλο ,αλλα με πολλεσ ατελειεσ!!! |
