This hotel merits more than its one star rating. We found it clean, comfortable with furniture in excellent repair (as was entire hotel). Restaurant was very good quality and staff always there to help. We have been in many a hotel with higher star ratings that would not meet the standard (however simple) of Friends. Beach is located just a couple of minutes walk from front door. The aircon unit noise from the hotel over the road (between friends and the sea.

We had a very nive couple of days at Friends Hotel. Its situated right next to the charming Hasienda Beach and in a couple of minutes walking distance to the lively centre. The staff was cool. We would come back again next year.

Nice and clean rooms, good location (two minutes away from the smaller Lozenets beach and 6-7 minutes away from the main beach), a friendly staff plus a wonderful garden accomodating what's probably the best restaurant in Lozenets, In essence, it was excellent value for the money and we highly recommend it. The negative side of the beautiful garden is the presence of mosquitos. Ask for a repellent at the reception.
