new building , clean room , polite friendly smiling staff , parking ,good value for money same menu every morning , had to pay extra for milk for the coffee at breakfast , 3 km to center |

I didnt mind paying for our dog being there but the price for the dog was far too expensive. And the breakfast facilities seemed strange and if the staff didnt see you going into to correct room, you was left there until someone realised you was there and then they brought your breakfast |

Location further from old town and bus/train station than indicated, however still could walk to old town in about 35 minutes. Taxi and bus cheap, and about 10 minutes from each. Hotel very new, exceptionally clean . Excellent breakfast with personal service. Staff very friendly with good english. Hotel more in a residential, commercial area, than in a tourist area. Very quiet will stay again. |

The price we paid was excellent value for money (deluxe room) and made up for the location. You can travel for a few leva to the old town leaving your car at the hotel. No lift was a bit of a problem for us travelling with quite some lugguage. Some staff was not able to help out with directions and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Shower with pit makes it hard to use bathroom after a shower as the entire floor is wet, but you learn to live with it. A shopping mall is currently being built right in front of the hotel so this might improve the location |

Very friendly staff - facilities good, and decent air-con in the heat! The location was a bit peripheral - on the edge of a housing estate on the Western edge of the city -but it was at least easy and cheap to get to the centre by taxi. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, very impressive rooms for the price, nice breakfast, splendid bed, nice colour coordination in the bathroom. No seperate shower (bathroom floor can get wet), cheap taxis compensate for distant location, interesting choice of American Blues music during breakfast. |

quiet and friendly atmosphere..personnel was quite cooperative and smiling :). cleanness overall. i am not pretty sure if the four stars match the quality of the hotel in terms of space; rooms and space in general is pretty small.. |

This is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price... totally unbeatable. Staff could not have been better and the room was excellent (and air conditioned). A long way into the City Centre but taxis are cheap in Bulgaria so not a major issue |

Esta muy apartado del centro y en una zona industrial. No hay ducha, sino sólo una alcachoza y pones todo el baño perdido de agua. |

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Sympathique breakfast. Au moment de régler la note, le systéme de réglement par cb était en panne. Pas de banque à proximité, Forcément au dernier moment. Refus de chéque. Obligé d'emprunter à des amis bulgares. Il faut proposer une solution de réglement via Booking.com. |

Prix différent ( superieur ) de celui annoncé sur Booking - Présentation de l'hôtel plus avantageuse qu'elle n'est ( hôtel situé loin du centre ville au milieu d'immeubles ). |
