All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Utilising both local wood and stone, Garden of Eden blends modern design with the beauty of traditional building amidst beautifully landscaped surroundings. Enjoy 6 outdoor pools, a Roman-style pool, an indoor pool and a cascading stream through the village. Shops including a supermarket and a medical service are provided on site.
Thanks to the natural gradient of the site, a high proportion of the apartments, reachable via footpaths and bridges over the stream, boast sea views. Motor vehicles can be parked in the underground car park and have no access to the village area, which is reserved for pedestrians and electric buggies.
A marina pier, where small craft can be moored, enhances the exclusivity of the resort.
Guests can also enjoy delicious food in the Italian restaurant named Alberto do Vita, located by the Roman pool. There is also an exclusive pier-side fish restaurant boasting a terrace over the water and serving freshly-caught local fish and other specialities.
Noah's piano bar, a beach bar and the Wet bar are also at your disposal.
There are a number of pubs and restaurants. Visitors can take advantage of various tourist facilities of the Sunny Beach resort (5 minutes by car), including outdoor dining terraces. There is a regular bus service from Nessebar and Bourgas to St. Vlas as well as plenty of private minibuses, route and ordinary taxis. You can also use the boat service to and from Nessebar and Bourgas to Sunny Beach.

Relaxing environment, good facilities, good food, nice beach, helpful hotel personnel. Last year the beach area was tidier. Some guests smoke on the beach and left their garabage there. No lifeguard. My room was on the entrance side and was noisy most of the time. |

Very well positioned, facing the sea Should be more carrefull to the mattresses, the pillows and the towels - were smelling horrible. The mattresses on lounge chairs should be change, were dirty. |

The resort is quite nice. The rooms are fairly big. The restaurant is good. The service of the staff is horrible. They did not cooperate and did not clean the room/change the towel |

Comfortable set up in the closed complex. Very well equipped/furnished appartments. Cosy. Hotel staff was slow in responding for fixing room problems. Surrounding area (beyond the hotel fense) is absolutely over constructed, nothing to see around. Beach is kind of "stony". |

Very well furnished apartments; lots of swimming pools, good for family with children the staff. Polite but useless. We had a problem in the bathroom and for a week they could not arrange to be fixed. Not a service for 5 star hotel. The beach was not great and there were not enough chaiselongs. |

Mycket fint och välstädat i hela anläggningen. Bra restaurant utbud. Bra mat, framförallt om man jämför med utbudet i Sunny Beach! Jättefina lägenheter, stora och modernt inredda! Mycket hotell för pengarna! |

Am avut un scurt sejur asa cum mi-am dorit: intr-un loc elegant, curat, linistit, foarte civilizat, situat pe plaja. Voi reveni, probabil in septembrie. Ar trebui sa se poata lua prosoape pe plaja, contra unei garantii. Este totusi un hotel de 5*! |
