Glazne Hotel    

We stayed in the Family houses. Everything was perfect, highly recommend the hotel.

Dogs are allowed. Helpful staff. Excellent location with great views on the mountain. Plenty of open space around but a short walk to the town centre.

Breakfast room is small and fills up very quickly if the hotel is full.

Staff were polite and friendly. The pool and sauna facilities were great. Half board with breakfast and dinner provided everyday a good selection of food and drink on offer. The room was clean and spacious. Reasonable costs for the hotel bar. Close to the action without getting disturbed from the bars/clubs. 24 hour reception. Some Sky TV channels with English channels!

We didn't get the double bed we requested, we got two singles instead however we just pushed them together!

Poor wifi signal, pool open only until 19, breakfast could be better, 2 single beds in the deluxe double room, rather than a double one.

Good for those who are not willing to spend the whole day inside, as you have everything necessary for a 4*, but everything on a basic level. You have the lobby bar, for example, but only with 3 small tables, there is a wellness area, but the sauna is only for 6 people at max. It is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, transfer to the slopes perfect (driver starts as soon as you get there, even if you are not according to the schedule). Swimming pool big enough and warm enough. Rooms very hot, we turned all of the radiators off, but the floor heating kept the room still warm. Towels and bathrobes got changed even if not asked, etc. Xmas dinner was great (it was an option for 17 eur/person). Overall, very good value for money, even compared to Bansko price range.

Only few smaller things, such as the sauna did not work well every day, staff only acceptable command of English, no skiboot-dryer, sofa bed a bit uncomfortable, breakfast unchanged, but still okay, spa run out of towels once, etc. The overall building is quite small, with smaller spaces than expected in Bansko. No important issues at all.

Personalul din receptie habar nu are ce inseamna turismul si cum ar trebui sa se poarte cu clientii care au platit niste servicii care nu s-au presteat. Efectiv o fac pe prostii si mai au si un ton agresiv ca la fel ca in Epoca de Aur la noi...

το πρωινο ηταν πολύ φτωχό

που προσφέρθηκαν να μας μεταφέρουν με το mini bus εκτός των προγραμματισμένων ωρών, νόστιμο φαγητό, φιλικό προσωπικό, ζεστή πισίνα.

το κάθε κρεβάτι ήταν στενό, στα ντους στα σπα είχε μούχλα στους αρμούς, η σάουνα δε ζέσταινε καλά τη μία μέρα, λίγο μακριά από τη νυχτερινή ζωή 500-800 μέτρα.

дистанционното на телевизора изискваше дребна поправка, която персоналът очевидно е забелязал, но не е отстранил. Не е лошо да се подменят телевизорите с по-нови и да се подобри техническото качество на кабелната телевизия (за предпочитане да се въведе цифров формат). Може да се увеличи асортиментът на мини бара-ще бъде от полза и за хотела.

Niet echt een "spa" hotel. Zwembad heeft geen extra's, sauna erg klein.

Hôtel de conception récente, dans une station de ski réputée. Chambre vaste et bien équipée. Très belle vue, dégagée, sur les montagnes. Prestations d'un professionnalisme accompli. Le petit déjeuner buffet est de qualité acceptable.

Обслужването и персоналът са на много високо ниво, храната е много вкусна, стаята е достатъчно голяма, поддържа се перфектна чистота.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et l'équipement au jardin (chaises longues; chaises et tables disponibles).

Les portes du balcon ne peuvent pas être fermées à clé, sentiment d'insécurité

On walking distance of the town center. Spacious room with balcony.

Room was quite warm due to absence of airco. We could smell the kitchen smells in our room when it was operational.

ολα ηταν παρα πολυ καλα και καθαρα...και το διαμερισμα παρα πολυ ωραιο και με δικη του σαουνα...

αυτο που δεν μου αρεσε ηταν το πρωινο...βασικα στο bansko τα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεια υστερούν στο πρωινο.

Value for money Location The bus driver that was taking us to the ski lifts.

We had booked an all-inclusive deal and upon arrival we were denied dinner. After great pressure we got our deal, but the way the staff handled the situation was disappointing. Dinner was ok. We were not allowed to stay after 11 p.m. at the lobby and play board games. Not allowed to take own drinks at the lobby.
