Located along a river in the southern part of Bansko, Hotel Glazne is close to the Pirin Mountain ski area. It offers free Wi-Fi, a breakfast and a spa area. All rooms provide satellite TV, a bathroom and a balcony. There is also a sitting area and a wardrobe. The family house has a patio and a fully equipped kitchen. The Glazne Hotel is perfectly located in Bansko. It is a short walk to either the old town or the new town. It has a free shuttle bus to drop you off and pick you up at the ski gondola at regular times throughout the day. The rooms are good with firm beds, and the pool and sauna are brilliant to have after a hard days skiing. The price is unbeatable for what you get, and unlimited breakfast is included in the price. The staff are very friendly, but not all of them speak English, so learning a couple of basic words of Bulgarian will serve you well. They also offer ski hire at a decent rate, but we didn't take it, so I can't tell you the standard of the equipment.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Location was good. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with many choices. Hotel facilities were excellent and well maintained. Very nice indoor swimming pool and sauna. Terrific massage too. Mattress was way too stiff. Although the staff did try to accommodate me changing mattresses but, unfortunately, it was the same. At least they tried.

Вежлив и винаги готов да услужи персонал. Подържан и чист като цяло. Изборът на топли напитки в закуската не отговаря на всичко останало в хотела- предлага се само един вид чай и то от лайка?!

Very good and clean rooms. The breakfast was also ok. It is near the town but quiet also. The gondola is about 15 minutes walking from the hotel but you can take a mini bus from the hotel every 30 minutes. Most of the staff speak english and greek too. Everything was great! The parking gets a little icy in the case of snow and very low temperatures.

I liked the stuff and also breakfast was nice...very hot room with reliable internet.its location is near the gondola and the city centre.i ll choose it again when I ll go to Bansko!

Desi am rezervat camera in hotel, dupa ce am vizionat "casa de familie", am schimbat rezervarea - a fost mai mult decat as fi crezut ca pot gasi la banii ceruti. Desi am ramas ultimii clienti ai hotelului (se inchidea pentru renovare) nu am simtit ca doreau sa scape de noi, ba mai mult am fost chiar rasfatati - mic dejun la comanda, pranz servit in fata casei. Personalul desi "vorbeau" limba engleza, de fapt intelegeau altceva, dar am luat aceasta parte ca amuzament si nu ca o mare suparare, a fost chiar distractiv.

Разположението в близост до центъра, басейна, градината и възможността да се закусва в нея, чистотата. Тъй като бях и миналата година в този хотел, видях, че персонала е нов и за съжаление изключително некомпетентен. Стаите, разположени към улицата са шумни.

I became stressed the last day if the bus to Sofia airport could make it through the snow, but finally it was very easy and the driver was overtaking other smaller cars.

zakuskata i skite v ski garderoba, kakto i mnogo toplite i golemi stai Saunata beshe prekaleno malka, a baseinut - prekaleno studen. Ski garderobut beshe mnogo truden za otkrivane i prez povecheto vreme nqmashe chovek v nego.
