The staff was very helpfull and well organized, they comunicate in enlish very well. Food not bad. Situeted very close to the city center. Although the room were nice, we had some problems with the elevator (it's scary), and the bathroom it not a 4 star hotel bathroom (little and not realy clean. |

Very little, Room was shabby, restaurant was closed at least an hour earlier than forecast, no restaurants or pubs near hotel |

was at the centre of the city, everything someone would like to visit was walking distance from the website someone could tell that is a 4star hotel which is not... hotel personell could not easily communicate in english |

Posizione centrale, disponibilità di guide turistiche gratuite e materiale informativo. Colazione abbondante e camere pulite. Alcuni addetti alla reception non erano per nulla preparati per rispondere a banali informazioni turistiche e hanno tentato di proporre costosi viaggi organizzati (su cui loro hanno una percentuale di guadagno). |

Die Lage des Hotels im Centrum von Sofia ist gut. Damit erschöpft es sich aber auch. Rezeptionspersonal konnte keine Auskünfte über Sofia (Restaurants tec.) geben. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Badezimmer puppig klein und nicht komfortabel. Zimmer klein und laut. Frühstücksraum schlecht gelüftet, Service und Buffet bescheiden. |
