No balcony in the room

The staff's attitude was excellent. Everything were clean. Great value of money!Would absolute reccomend it to everyone.

The mannager of the hotel took care of every request we had. He recommended that we will change our initial reservation to one appartment for the children and one for us, instead of one larger appartment. The appatment are large spacious, comfort and warm.

It needs more places on the wall to hung things. The gusts needs two keys to each appartment. There is little place in the kitchen to make the food.

The room was warm and clean and as described. Hot water whenever you wanted. Friendly staff. Best value for money.

The particular room had no closet.

- The internet connection- was lousy - the gym- just 2 bikes and an abb device

Best value for money in Bansko. 7 min walk from the gondola.

Very poor Wi-Fi signal, practically no Wi-Fi for cellphones.

Great location, helpful staff. Awesome rooms (just like the pictures) with a tiny useful kitchen. Nice discount for ski&board rent prices. Heating was quite well. Just lovely.

The walls are thin though. And the towel hanger was weak, letting the towels fall.

The location is perfect to get to the ski lift. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great budget hotel.

Slight smell from drains - but nothing horrible and I think it has to be accepted in this type of county at the budget price we paid.

Great Aparthotel, clean, comfortable and every thing new. The Employee, Ivan, was really friendly and helpfull. I recommend for everybody who is looking for a great and affordable place to stay. Thanks Ivan for all!

Could have a jacuzzi for relaxing after a skiing day. That's is probably the only downside.

Very helpfull and friendly staff and close to gondola and ammenities

There was no toaster in the room which is a must for a self catering holiday . We stayed for 9 nights and the room wasn`t cleaned or the towels changed once !

Camerele moderne, arata foarte bine. Bucatarie completa. Baie de 4 stele. La 7 minute de Gondola. Personal foarte prietenos. Raport calitate/pret excelent.

Pretty close to the gondola. Rooms are OK. Sauna is OK.

One of the towels was clearly used. They forgot to replace it.

It was a great overall experience and I highly recommend this place. It has a great value for money, it's close to the city center and a cozy accommodation.

The rooms was very well heated, the apartment very cozy, well furnished. I liked that the room had a nice balcony and very well furnished kitchen. The rooms are very well heated and the staff very friendly. Gondola also have sauna and free wi-fi. I enjoyed the stay and I will definetely come back.

the apartments are not so good isolated and you can easily hear the noise from the others.

Location, cleanliness and price.

Value for money! Very close to the lift and the center of the village! You can go everywhere by foot! Very helpfull and gentle people at the reception! Clean and comfortable! Thanks!

Снимките нямат нищо общо с апартамента, който ни дадоха - тясна спалня /3 х 3 м./ и хол, на който банята и тоалетната архитекта е решил да я разположи в средата. Така хола също е станал тесен отвсякъде. Банята миришеше на спарено, вероятно от течащия бойлер. Хотела е на около 20 мин. пеш от центъра на Банско и понякога трябваше да ползваме автомобил.

Αρκετά οικονομικό και λιτό. Κάτι τέτοιο είχαμε στο μυαλό μας.

Η απόσταση από τα lifts δεν είναι 300 μ. αλλά 600 μ. Κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε καθότι επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο σε συνδυασμό θέσης και τιμής.

Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού.Η περιοχή,αν και δεν είναι 300 μέτρα από τα λιφτ όπως λενε.Οι εγκαταστάσεις οι οποίες είναι καινούριες.Η τιμή.Το πάρκινγκ το οποίο βέβαια χρεώνεται,αλλά υπάρχει και η εναλλακτική να παρκάρετε γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο δωρεάν.Το ότι μας επέτρεψαν να φύγουμε απόγευμα μετά το σκι και να αφήσουμε εκεί και τα αυτοκίνητα.Δωρεάν σάουνα.Κουζίνα σε όλα τα δωμάτια.Εξαιρετικό,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..

Αν θα έπρεπε να πω κάτι αυτό θα ήταν ότι η μπανιέρα δεν τραβούσε καλά τα νερά στο δωμάτιό μας(1 από τα 3 συνολικά) κάτι που είναι δευτερεύον για μένα και μάλλον συμπτωματικό γιατι κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο είναι προσεγμένο.Κάτι ακόμη ότι τα περισσότερα δωμάτια είναι με 2 μικρά κρεβάτια,ενώ το διπλό που μας έτυχε ήταν μικρό,κάτι σαν μεγάλο μονό.
