very clean friendly and cheap

The hotel was very clean, the staff is great, very friendly and accomodating.

Excellent breakfast and dinner(12 leva ~6 euro), clean room -everyday, large rooms and beds, they have currency exchange at the reception(better then in the airport)

just stairs - no elevator, no internet in the room

The food was not up to a reasonable standard. Lots of choice but mostly poor quality mush. Kitchenette had no accessories IE kettle, cutlery. dishes etc. which is a need for a family room.

One of the receptionists was very kind, food was fairly good. Parking place is safe, in front of the hotel.

Personnel in general is not kind, never greet the guests, assistant waiters taking plates even before meal is finished (and cutlery is crossed).

Quiet location, spacious rooms - ideal for family stay. Food is plenty and quite tasty.

Elevator is only available from the 4th floor, which is a bit inconvenient.

I liked the room, the staff, the location, the pool, the breakfast was great, I believe this is one of the best hotels in Golden Sands. The view from our room was great. If I go to Golden Sands again, I will use the same hotel. Do not hesitate to choose this one!

The elevator goes from the 4th floor to the 9th. They are thinking of building an external one from 1st to the 4th floor.

Food was not good.

Relatively quiet location, adjacent parking and plenty of public areas to relax. Extremely good internet speed.

The food was pretty dreadful, though probably catering for the Rumanian guests who constituted the majority of clientele. Totally unimaginative chef who served food that was generally lukewarm. The pool was adequate for the 20-30 guests but cannot imagine what it would be like if hotel was more than half full. Hotel still hasn't the feel of a modern hotel, harks back to socialist days.

Amazing view if you get the big terrace apartment. Good location.

Elevator starts from 4th floor?! Reception is on second floor :D Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday...

Amplasarea departe de bazaruri si cenrtul statiuni, dar numai 5 min. De mers pina la plaja printr-o padure. Marea parte a personalului a fost foarte amabil si ajutator.

Daca nu va place sa urcati scari, fift exista numai de la etajul 4 pina la 9.Micul dejun nu prea diversificat dar nu o sa ramai nemancat. Daca schimbati bani romanesti sau straini in Leva folositi numai hoteluri, feritiva de casele de schimb din statiune.

были в нем второй раз, проездом, возвращаясь домой. исчез неприятный запах в номерах, что очень порадовало. все хорошее к нашей радости не испортилось.

к сожалению лифт только с четвертого этажа ничем не исправить.))))

Мы отдыхали несколькими парами с детьми разного возраста, все остались довольны. Удобное расположение отеля, достаточно недалеко от пляжа и центра набережной, но очень тихо, там тупик для транспорта и почти никто не ездит. Неплохой бассейн, особенно удивил спасатель, следил за детьми не отрываясь, мы могли не волноваться)))) и весь персонал очень внимательный, особенно бармены в баре у бассейна.

Отель староват, хотя и не плохо сохранился)))) меня очень напрягал непонятный и не очень приятный запах в номерах. И еще один большой минус, шахта лифта находится с четвертого этажа по девятый, ниже его просто нет. Нужно подняться пешком на четвертый, а только потом на лифт, очень неудобно.

We enjoyed the breakfast(many sortiments from which you can choose), the parking, the apartment was fabulous(big balcony, one bedroom&one living room(one ac in each room), big bathroom and kitchenette with cutlery, fridge and microwave. The room was very clean and although we were there just 2 nights, after the first day they did a great job when they cleaned our apartment.

The pool was a small and there was not enough room for swimming. One pool game in the hotel costs 3 leva. A little far from the beach(5-7 minutes walking). We had hard times finding the hotel by car.

Staff were friendly and helpful room was clean and outside area was really comfortable.

Found it difficult as there was no lift until the fourth floor

The apartment we stayed in had 2 big rooms, with enough space to move. Big bathroom and a big balcony. Breakfast was ok, not very good, but ok, there was something to eat for everybody. Best thing - free parking. The guy that carried our bags - very nice and polite.

Cleaning in the room meant only adding one feet towel and taking the garbage. No cleaning the carpets, no arranging the beds..nothing else. No real coffee available at breakfast - just instant coffee. The juices - horrible! Reception staff - not rude but not the most pleasant either Another minus - the elevator starts from the 4th floor!

The food was just passable,very bland and overcooked,the hot and cold drinks were awful,no fresh fruit or juices,the pool was too small for such a big hotel,i would NEVER stay here again!

The price was good. Location also not bad - not in the centre of the resort but 10 min on foot. 5 min to the riviera beach, which is gated, but they allow to go through to the beach. Room furnishing,carpets etc is relatively new and clean. Rooms (for one or two pers.) are not big, but big enough. 100M from the hotel there is a bus stop with two lines to varna (roughly every 15 mins there goes a bus). Ticket price is 3 lv. Breakfast was really ok. Can't complain. And the lack of lift to the 4th floor wasn't a big problem for me (but I assume for old people better ask when reserving to get a room in the lower floors).

The bathroom ventilation didn't work. Inside it was hot and steamy as hell. I think vapor, heat and odor/smell came from the floors below mine and didn't go away. It was very unpleasant to to something behind closed bathroom door for more than 10 sec, and even to enter the bathroom no matter what daytime. I don't know if my room was an exception, and the rest ok, but I informed the receptionist on my leaving. I hope this gets fixed. I recoomend that on your arrival, before settling in the room, you check the bathroom first and if its steamy/hot/smelly, aks the staff to change your room. The room was a bit stinky, especially if you left the balcony door closed for some hours (and you have to, because the balconies are connected), and forgot the bathroom door narrowly open. In addition the neighbouring hotel's backyard is directly in front of the south front's balconies and its giant and loud air conditioners make a constant unpleasant wooo-ing noise day and night, so sleeping on open balcony door is not an option...
