one of the best hotel i ever stay Bulgaria.. room was fantastic.. bang&olufsen TV in a hotel room! :) superb bathroom.. very fast and easy access to wireless.. nice crew.. good food in red canape restaurant.. everything was really fine.. for sure i will stay again..

5th floor rooms design is just a perfect mix, especially the bathroom. Just one of my favorite hotel in Europe. And I do travel really a lot!

Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality of the food was fantastic! This hotel deserves to be 6 stars hotel and not just 5. I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and his great service!

the location and style was very good and also cleanliness was excellant

that the staff allowed smoking in the cafe bar! we were told that this was only after 9pm but we were ther one night at 8pm and also people were smoking shisha pipes which we found very annoying

Very new and upmarket

TV not woking for one fully day, they had some electric problem Internet wifi on floor 5 very slow.

A beautiful contemporary designed hotel with different themes on each floor. The staff ware helpful and friendly. The quality of the furniture and the fittings was high and in 'as new' condition. The level of cleanliness in the room and elsewhere in the hotel was extremely high. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Varna.

When we exited Varna airport and spoke to the driver on the 'courtesy' bus we were told we would have to pay which kind of defeats the purpose of having one. Out of principle, we decided to take a taxi which cost less than 5 euro. Not a great first impression.

This is a truly unique hotel! The staff is super-accommodating, and the design of the hotel is amazing - I enjoyed actually walking through each floor (each has a different theme). The restaurant is also gorgeous and very reasonably priced for the offerings - which are truly delicious! And there is a cafe/bar that won the award for the best design in the world in 2012!!! Location is as central as it can be. I have traveled quite a bit, but I can honestly say tat both my husband and I agreed we have never stayed at a boutique hotel as good s this one. I hope they maintain it as is!

Definitely a great place to stay while in Varna especially if you are a fan of luxurious travelling. Very good location right in the city centre.

Breakfast can be improved a little bit in terms of diversity.

Just amazing , one of my best hotel experiences! Have to go there again :)

I did enjoy and appreciated EVERYTHING, especially since it was my second time at GRAFFIT! The staff works clockwork, everything is taken care of, including at their wonderfull beach calles RAPPONGI BEACH not too far from the hotel, with one of the most excquisite restaurant I ever dinned in! The hotel restaurant is also very good, we had all our meals there (when not at the beach), including the somptuous breakfast! There is enough silence as to sleep and rest for 48h non stop if you wish, all the machineries work perfectly. Most of all I did appreciate the quality of everything, from the furniture custom made to the decors of the hallways, the caffe and the restaurant, and especially of the room! There is a lot of space in the room and this makes my brain relax and enjoy the moment! I cannot wait to be back in a different season, as I am certain alls easons must be very romantic seen thorugh Graffit's windows!

There was absolutely NOTHING that bothered me, and God knows I am such a harsh critic (and spoiled traveller)! Bravo GRAFFIT!

Wonderful decor, comfortable beds, brilliant staff, yummy food. Everything was marvellous.
