Everything was as one wishes it to be. Huge and very comfortable room for a good rate (can of course comment only the room type I had). Perfect location to explore Varna and/or as a base for business trips in the region. The bathroom absolutely needed better ventilation to avoid unpleasant smells. I guess this is however not a structural problem and has been solved or will be solved soon.

Great view from rooms, good beds, just in front of the city park, close walking distance to the city For this hotel category (*****): breakfast could need some improvement, pool is free but sauna isn´t and should be included in the price ("wellness" facilities are only reasonable ... not more)

The staff did well and the restaurant is excellent. We had beef, real beef not veal and we enjoyed very much. The panoramic view and the position is also worth mentioning, and we had a good time in the spa center. It was chilly at night - was in end of March - air con didnt work well. Architectual blunder; the conventional window is placed, so low that young children can fall out from the high building. We have a daughter of 3 years of age.

Nice view from upper floors on the sea. A big hotel, almost empty. Breakfast (a la carte) as usually in Bulgaria = poor.

Large clean rooms, good services, good location. Smoke from smoking neighbors is coming into the air conditioned system. Also on lobby you can feel it.

Great view from the window - we were accommodated on the 10th floor - where you could enjoy great pictures just lying on your bed. The room is very spacious and what I liked particularly was the walk-in closet. The lighting was good which is usually a problem in most hotels. The breakfast was the same during our stay. I would expect a five star hotel to have more diversity offered but nevertheless it was acceptable.

Най-доброто място за отсядане във Варна. Огромни стаи, гледка към морето, удобни легла. Безжичния интернет е заключен и всеки път трябва да искаш парола за достъп, къде по удобно е ако мрежата е отключена. Закуската може да бъде и по-добра.

Großes Zimmer mit ansprechender Einrichtung, großzügiges Bad und begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Schöner Blick über die Bucht von Varna mit teilweise spektakulären Sonnenaufgängen. Ich bin 14 Tage im Dunkeln über den Flur, weil ein Bewegungsmelder nicht repariert wurde. Das Frühstück ist spärlich, die beiden Getränkeautomaten für Heiß- und Kaltgetränke jenseits von Gut und Böse. Die gibt es aber in Bulgarien leider überall.

в принципе понравилось все. останавливалась в нем уже 3 раз. Номерной фонд новый. Сервис отличный. Хорошее СПА. Расположение отличное- на второй линии, в центре Варны. Из окон открывается чудесный вид на море. В номерах чисто, убираются горничные всегда незаметно, никого не тревожа. Есть хороший WI FI в номере. В ресторане отеля очень вкусно готовят. завтрак не дотягивает до 5 звезд.

חדר רחב ידיים נוח מאוד ומרווח, מאוד אסטטי, שקט מאוד עם נוף מהמם מהחדר,עם תחבורה ציבורית מתחת למלון לכל מקום באזור, הנעים לנו מאוד את השהיה בעיר. חסרה לנו מרפסת לחדר כדי שנוכל להנות מהאוויר הנהדר שהיה בחוץ.
