Standard was great and staff very friendly.

Clean, big enough and comfortable room, nice view, excellent service, kind and supportive stuff, great location.

I'd recommend to enrich vegetarian main dishes in the both restaurants and vegetarian choice for breakfast as well.

Have stayed at this Hotel a number of times, so like this Hotel which has a great spa/relaxation area and the bedrooms are large with great views over the Sea Gardens and the Black Sea. Great location for Varna City.

When we arrived desk didn't have our booking, which caused a few problems, like wanting to charge us a higher price to stay, in the end we got it sorted, but don;t except this from a 5 star Hotel. They need to get these sort of problems sorted or they will lose some cleints.

The staff were generally very friendly. The swimming pool was a big hit with the family.

the open shower arrangement didn't work well with the bathroom endig up flooded.

Very good Spa centre to relax in. The rooms are large with views acroos yo the Sea Gardens and the beach. Close to the City and easy car parking. Overall we both enjoyed our stay and will return.

Its a lovely Hotel, the Spa was excellent and we enjoyed a nice meal in the evening overlooking Varna Sea Gardens. Our room on the 7th floor was very good, large and again veiws of the Black Sea. The staff were very polite. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely hotel. I would really recommend it for a stay in Varna. Great views of the Black Sea and the Sea Gardens. 15 minute walk to the Archeological Museum. Good breakfast.

The view from your room is priceless!!! Luxurious and affordable, great staff and beautiful hotel.

I've stayed there three times: the first two times were immaculate, but this last time there was a little problem with a leak in the room but they tended to it quickly and efficiently. Also, it is best to know the currency exchange rate before you go so that you can be aware of the price of the hotel before hand as the amount paid is done according to the lev, not your booking monies.

unfortunately dimyat hotel has a casino , and don't work and closed the guestes to goes another place for play inevitably. I'd like casino tours. pls arrangmento to this suject.for further trip.

I was greatly impressed by this hotel .The service was exellent,rooms clean,comfortable and huge ,with walk-in closet for the luggage and stuff. 10 minutes to the beach through the park and 15 minutes walking to the center.I couldnt ask better for the price. If i will ever be back to Varna i will def.stay at this hotel !!!

The roms are very spacious and nicely furnitured, the bathroom is huge and equipped with both shower and bathtub (it has inclusively a music system). The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and to the sea gardens - which is a wonderful park where you can take a walk or go on bike -. The breakfast is not incredible, but you can however find good things to eat (including blue cheese, various fruits, cookies and several types of bread).

There is nothing I could say I didn't like.

The staff was helpful. Nice room. Nice lobby and restaurant. I like the variety of pastry they offer for breakfast though the overall impression of breakfast is average. To those who complain about services / facilities not meeting 5*-hotel-standard I'd like to remind that the price is also cheaper than regular 5*-hotel-price in Varna.

Cleanliness of the room really depends on who is your housekeeper. We purposely left our fingerprints to see if it would be cleaned and bet 10 leva on it (I bet on "will not be cleaned", my husband on "will be cleaned", unfortunatelly he lost almost every day). To be fair I should say that housekeeping is a problem in many-many hotels. So this shouldn't be counted as a negative review. We might be back next summer!

top-class hotel,everything was perfect

The staff was good in english. The food was good. It was quiet.

The breakfast was below standard compared to price and the standard for the rest of the hotel and restaurant. The WiFi network was weak and with to low speed and capacity. It needs to get upgraded. The airport transport was extreemly poor. We got a very small taxi, it came 15 min too late, with no aircon, the car broke down several times before we came to the airport. That was a poor departure fra the hotel and I will not relive that again. Next time, you should have better control over which cars arrive for transport to the airport.

We stayed in a standard double room for 5 nights. Our room was on 11th floor and the view was fantastic! Breakfast was included in the price and it was good.

There were problems with the pump pumping water to the bathroom - while my partner was having a shower the cold water stopped and then the hot water. We had those problems almost every night during our stay. We complained about it but no one did anything. The shower wasn't separated from the rest of the bathroom which allowed the water going everywhere in the bathroom and staying on the floor all day. There was a problem with one of the lifts and after it was "fixed" I used it and the lift started making strange noises and started shaking and I thought it would start falling! I needed to scan few documents and went to the reception to ask them to do it for me and ... they couldn't because they didn't have a scanner. I would not recommend this hotel and in my opinion it should be rated as 3 star hotel

Staff were very pleasant especially bell boy Alexander who was ever so helpful!

Breakfast could have been a bit more suited to a 5 star hotel. It was rather basic.

The lift is a little bit slow

The room was enormous, confortable and very clean. The olocation is idea for the city centre, the Sea garden and the beach. Good parting facilities. Good wifi.

Everything was good. If I had to criticise anything it would be the lighting in the corridors which was operated by movement sensors which were installed incorrectly. Consequently the lights were often not working.

For this hotel category (*****): breakfast could need some improvement, pool is free but sauna isn´t and should be included in the price ("wellness" facilities are only reasonable ... not more)

The staff did well and the restaurant is excellent. We had beef, real beef not veal and we enjoyed very much. The panoramic view and the position is also worth mentioning, and we had a good time in the spa center.

It was chilly at night - was in end of March - air con didnt work well. Architectual blunder; the conventional window is placed, so low that young children can fall out from the high building. We have a daughter of 3 years of age.
