nice personell , polite and helpfull

I was expecting for a 5 star hotel to offer parking included in the room price . Unfortunately the charge per night is 10 euro. Also tried to connect on the internet wireles and did not worked.

Excellent, very luxurious and relaxing

This is a very good hotel, with excellent location, clean very comfortable and large rooms and bathrooms, excellent services and various breakfast, close to the beach, vith safe and large underground- parkingspace. Everything is new and well functioning, the reception is warm, very hospitable and good english speaker.This is a real 5 star hotel, and is indeed Melia-chain standards.

Reservations about the organisation of the beach are a bit poor, in this regard required some changes in terms of staff, administrators of the beaches.

Room for 5 stars but

Restaurant for 3 star+. Rude employees .

We enjoyed the space of the room, the view, and the conditions of the hotel. Next to the seaside, a lot of small shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, clean beach, easy access. Fitness room is reasonable equipped. The hotel is very clean everywhere, including the swimming pools. For children some entertainment is arranged and it's a pleasure to stay in Melia Hotel for some days.

The quality of the breakfast is very good, but the breakfast room is enormous and very busy. There are separate spaces for "level" guests, even next to the swimming pool. Guests with "all inclusive" are wearing (like in the other hotels around) a colored bracelet to be recognized by the staff. This looks really stupid....

Poor variety of food for an expensive 5 stras hotel; no bathrobe and slippers

The hotel have a good location, far away from the street noise, is comfortable and out of the five star hotels we stayed in Bulgaria this is the real deal.

The hotel is ok, next to the beach.

Everything was ok!

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Excellent location and good sea view at upper floors, spacious rooms,nice staff and good english, good food, guarded underground parking. Out door pools and indoor pool, sauna.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but they did not really know if I ask details. For example: - the at SPA reception, when I asked what means Turkish bath (was the first time for me) they do not know how to explain. Of course after that I search on the internet, but is not normally to have to offer a product and do not know how you explain nothing about this product. - at the restaurant they had all kinds of sauces, but had no label to indicate what kind of sauces are, or if you ask the staff, they answer with a shoulders shrug. The only way was to taste all (bleah).
