De kamers en het managment. De massaliteit en het achterland, dat vooal bestaat uit herriemakers en verschrikkelijk slechte eettentjes. Het is een grote kermis. Het hotel en heten in het hotel is, anders dan de meeste beoordelers op de site zeggen, goed. Het strand en zwembad zijn ok, maar het gebied is culureel arm, schreeuwerig, veel te druk en er is vies eten in de wijde omgeving. Goed hotel op een verkeerde plaats. |

Great rooms, big pool with perfect water temperature, we could keep the towels for the pool after checkout (until late in the evening when we left) - same about the parking. |

very good room, professional staff, nice image, short distance from see, no damages of rooms, doors, elevators no very good solution for breakfast, despite of approximatelly 40% of occupancy only there were very crowded and staff to decrease their work reduced availablity of tables. also selection of food was all days same. |

I`d like to use the sauna, but they said it`s paid service. The sports facilities and not maintained, there wasn't any available table tennis balls and one of the cues were broken |

Large, comfortable room Not enough parking places - I had to leave my car 300 m away. Two small parkings on the ground level (kept obviously for hotel staff only) and underground garage for 120 cars - it's not enough for 5* hotel with 720 rooms! Basically this is the main problem - too big and oversized hotel. The staff cannot cope with all their activities. |

nice rooms, large pool , good food,in the center of Golden Sands. Not so many parking places. The police are looking to hard to pik up your car. I recomand not cooming by car. |

Although at the very beggining of the season (May 01), the hotel was prepared for guests. 1.Breakfast area: disaster. When you have full occupancy for vacation/leisure and 200-300 people are coming at breakfast between 9 and 10, should have more than two serving areas organized! Check out - although the personnel at the reception was very nice, waiting for checking of minibar consumption took a lot of time!! I have been to many other hotels and this is not happening... |
