I cannot fault this hotel, it was wonderful. The location is very good, a 5 minute walk to the sea and in a quiet street, the room was outstanding, and most of all, the staff were attentive, helpful and courteous. You would be mad to stay anywhere else in Varna. Faultless, 10 out of 10. |

Bijou = small and elegant (Oxford English Dictionary). This is most certainly a bijou hotel, but small describes the edifice, not the room size! After a thorough search of the memory I must report that the magnifying mirror was too far away from my face!!! If that is the worst thing that happens to me on an overseas trip............................. |

Veldig stort rom. Hyggelig betjening som var veldig serviceinnstilt. Utvalge til frokost kunne gjerne vært bedre(selv om services er utmerket)Liker nå jeg får gå og forsyne med selv til frokost. Kan virke litt stivt nå alt skal serveres. |

Très grande et très belle chambre extrêmement tranquille au coeur de Varna, très bel hotel et service impeccable. Very large and beautifull room, very quiet in the heart of Varna, very nice hotel with high class service and staff. |

goede kwaliteit kamer en gezellig cafe aan de voorkant van het hotel proberen iets te veel de oude grandeur van de jaren 20 na te apen.. eea komt dan te gekunsteld en kitsch over |
