Everything was excellent. The staff were brilliant and help in every way. You must stay at this hotel.

The breakfast is to write home about. The staff is excellent, the hotel is very comfortable, the location is perfect for a city trip. The town beach of Varna is 10 min walking.

We stayed for 12 nights and where very pleased with our staying. The hotel really was a 5 star hotel with excelent service and rooms. We had two complementary dinners at the resturant and it was delicious 3 course dinners. Both the dinners and the breakfast was luxury and the staff really made you feel as an honoured guest. I we for some reason goes to Varna again, we will probably try to stay at this hotel again.

The only thing that was disturbing, was the Internet-connection in our room. In the lobby it was acceptable, but very often we had so slow connection at our room so we could not send mail or surf on Internet. Since we used Internet every day this was annoying for us.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir uns ein Restaurant für das Dinner suchen mußten, es war leider geschlossen. Der uns angebotene Preis stimmte dann nicht mit der Abrechnung überein. Aber es war ein gutes Hotel und ein gutes Personal

Şehrin merkezinde, free otopark, free wifi, iyi bir kahvaltı ve yemek seçeneği, cafesi ile lüks bir tesis. Eksiksiz banyo gereçleri, bornoz, terlik , müşteri memnuniyeti çabası takdire değer.Varma'ya son 3 yıldır gidişimizde konakladığımız tek hotel.

3 yıldır eksik bir yön göremedim.

Kişiliği olan, özel bir otel.Varna'ya gittiğimizde ailece konakladığımız tek yerdir. Özellikle rahatına, lüksüne, temizliğe dikkat eden herkese kesinlikle öneririm. Özel bitki çayı ve tatlıları mutlaka denenmeli. Terlik, traş seti, diş fırçası vb hiçbir banyo seti götürülmesine gerek kalınmıyor.
