Everything was excellent. The staff were brilliant and help in every way. You must stay at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel only 2 days but there were the best days I`ve ever spent in a hotel - large and very comfortable rooms, very stylish furniture, charming stuff, very very clean all over a.s.o. I was surprised of the very low rate per room (it`s extremely cheap for a five stars hotel). In one word - excellent. Still, there is a little problem with the location. The hotel is very good located right in the center and it`s easy to find by foot but not by car.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful all the time. The room service was excellent. Our room was clean and quiet and at the same time very luxury. The air conditionining was easy to be regulated and you could feel cool air in the room when it was needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was very good. We had a free dinner in the restaurant because we had a special weekend package. The food was delicious gourmet and served with professionalism.

the grandeur of the hotel was only surpassed by the excellence of the staff. the hotel was an absolute joy to stay in and would recommend it to anyone.

It is a good feeling of "old good time" coming back in otherwise so run down Varna. Carefully refurbished building in excellent location. Large rooms with personal character, excellent bathroooms. Nice personnel.

Personally, the style of furniture was a little bit too heavy for me. An some rooms were well dark (my room 202). And I was surprised when I saw personnel ironing in the dining room when breakfast was served (September 2009) or folding napkins (this time). This should be done elswhere or another time. Otherwise, not many remarks!

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Excelente el servicio de su restaurante, (camareros, cuberteria y complementos en plata, etc..). Tiene ese aire de los clçasicos cinco estrellas que gusta conocer.

hemos estado muy contentos, quizás aconsejar la renovación de los colchones de las habitaciones standar.
